“I stayed here with a group of friends for 5 days. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes. Some days we didn’t receive fresh or appropriate amounts of linen/bath towels. Our ceiling in our room leaked on multiple occasions and we were never compensated for the inconvenience. The buffet was very good so no complaints there. We were not informed that we had to reserve nights at the a la carte restaurants prior to arrival and there was nothing available for us to actually enjoy as far as cuisine outside of the buffets. As the title states, I would recommend some of the other resorts before wasting your experience here.”
