Hotel boutique con un toque muy original.Las dos salas de arriba tienen un encanto muy acorde con el edificio. Las habitaciones son amplias y con cero ruidos de la ruidosa gran vía. Y el personal que te atiende tanto de salas como recepción hacen sentirte como en casa.

We stayed at H10 Hotel Villa De La Reina in Madrid. This place is a must stay! It’s very clean and chic, the food is delicious but their greatest asset is the caliber of their employees. They pamper you, wait in you hand and foot. I’ll start with Beatriz, Javier and Daniel, they were the most attentive and professional concierges u have ever met. They made you feel like you were at home and focused their attention on making sure that you were confortable and happy. Beatriz is just beautiful, with the sweetest smile and Javier and Daniel are perfect gentlemen that can’t do enough for you. At the bar you will meet Bruno very charming and funny AWESOME bartender and Genny she’s adorable and so sweet. I’m sad I have to go, but I will be back FOR SURE!!!! One very pleased customer Clara McCutcheon.

Belo hotel na Gran Via, no centro de Madrid, em um edifício histórico. Bom quarto com cama grande e segura. Máquina de café e um lindo banheiro com ótimo chuveiro. Equipe amigável e lounge agradável. Buffet de pequeno-almoço muito bom. E a vantagem de sair do hotel e estar no centro de Madrid. Embora seja no centro, não há absolutamente nenhum ruído de tráfego no quarto em que fiquei

Hotel acolhedor localizado na Gran Via. É muito perto da estação de metrô Gran Via e tem uma vantagem considerável em termos de localização para passear em Madrid. O café da manhã é particularmente bom, e também é bom tomar um chá ou uma reunião no saguão. Houve um lanche simples e café em frente da recepção e foi ainda melhor. A única desvantagem é que o tamanho da sala é muito pequeno.Quando eu contactei a recepção, eu atualizado para um quarto um pouco maior a um preço barato. À noite, você também pode ter tapas simples no bar.

Hotel de cuatro estrellas justito. Habitación tiene una pequeña mesa llegada a la cama que resulta incómoda si se quiere trabajar en ella con el portátil, por ejemplo. El cuarto de baño muy amplio y surtido. La conexión a Internet en el hotel es perfecta en cualquier punto en el que haya estado con cualquier dispositivo. El desayuno es muy variado, aunque no se si justifica los 21€ que piden, aunque, dicho sea de paso, si haces la reserva en el hotel en vez de webs de reserva, en el precio de la habitación te incluyen el desayuno. El ordinal ha dicho muy amable y atento en todo momento. Vamos, que la única pega que ha tenido ha sido la habitación, por qué todo lo demás ha sido excelente

Beautiful hotel at the Gran Via at the center of Madrid in an historic building. Nice bedroom with safe and large bed.Coffee machine and a beautiful bathroom with great shower. Friendly staff and nice lounge. Very nice breakfast buffet. And the benefit to walk out of the hotel and being at the center of Madrid. Although it is in the center there is absolutely no traffic noice in the room I stayed

This hotel is great! We have the opportunity to hold an annual meeting for my company in the Villa de la Reina. We were 20 people and a full service of boardrooms, lunches, and breaks. Everything was covered with the best service and quality! Mayra from the event department was very helpful and took care of the whole service from the beginning to the end. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super confortable, the food is delicious, and Madrid's city center is 6 minutes away. Super recommended!

For our last two nights in Spain (the end of a 10 day trip through Andalusia), we stayed here at H10 Villa de la Reina. It is truly a beautiful hotel. The lobby is exquisite, and the room, while average size for a large city, especially in Europe, was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was delicious, and the location on Gran Via put us within 10-20 minutes walking distance to all the sites we visited: The Royal Palace, Retiro Park, Plaza Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor, and more.

Estuvimos en un espectáculo de magia de cerca que se hace en uno de sus salones y pudimos disfrutar del espacio de recepción del hotel. Muy cuidado y bien ambientado. Un sitio estupendo para tomarse una copa o una cerveza. Cada día me resulta más interesante el espacio que disponen los hoteles para este tipo de menesteres.

Es un hotel de los que denominamos "con encanto". Perfecta ubicación en el corazón de Madrid. La cocina dirigida como no podía ser de otra manera, por un experto cocinero "made in Perú". Exquisitos platos preparados con sumo gusto. El personal del hotel está siempre atento a los detalles y a que nosotros, los clientes disfrutemos al máximo de nuestra estancia en Madrid. La directora un encanto de persona que dirige un estupendo equipo volcado a la atención personal. Hotel para volver, sin dudas.
