“I worked with Tiffany and she was highly accommodating and nice. She went above and beyond with our concerns and answered all my questions. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the pool during our stay. 5/5 would recommend this hotel, and make sure to ask for Tiffany. Thank you guys, we found our home away from home. “I’ve stayed here many times. I truly wish I could give it more than 3 stars but I can’t. The restaurant staff deserves 5 stars and I love that I can get Starbucks in the lobby every morning.Having said that…this is a tired hotel in need of renovations. My most recent example is last week- I checked in around midnight after landing at IAH. As soon as I walked in, the room smelled like heavy mold/mildew. They gave me a new room that had no iron in it. The rooms and carpet are patched together (literally, half-finished patchwork). The fitness room has no dumbbells under 40 pounds, no water or wipes to clean. And none of the business center computers worked after I asked the front desk.It’s disappointing because I like the location and feel this place has potential. But right now, it’s barely 3 stars. Eles me deram um novo quarto que não tinha ferro. Os quartos e o carpete são remendados (literalmente, patchwork semi-acabado). A sala de fitness não tem halteres com menos de 40 libras, sem água ou toalhetes para limpar. E nenhum dos computadores do centro de negócios funcionou depois que eu perguntei na recepção.É decepcionante porque gosto da localização e sinto que este lugar tem potencial.
