“Great location if you're going to Hershey park. The staff was very friendly, very clean and updated lobby/breakfast area.
I was a little disappointed in the room, the beds were not comfortable, and the room was small and outdated.
They are in the process of updating all the rooms in this hotel, so I will give it another chance if I'm going back to Hershey park.”

“Great hotel in all aspects. Very clean, nice front desk, windows can be open a bit which eliminates problems with the smell in a room and gives you fresh air to breathe, great choices and quality for breakfast and close to Hershey's attractions. The only thing that could be improved is the temperature of the water in the pool and jaccuzzi tub should be much higher (particularly at cold seasons of the year). Other then that everything was great and we hope to stay here again.”
