“The hotel was not clean at all. There was blood on the sheets, hair ties and other trash left over from the previous guest, and the bathroom needed additional cleaning. My stay could have been perfectly fine, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would highly recommend that you stay elsewhere, especially if you are looking to stay near Penn Station. The staff was also not particularly friendly nor warm. I was never greeted when walking into the hotel despite how close the front desk is to the front door. The staff seemed rather indifferent towards the needs of the guests. Maybe bringing back daily housekeeping would help keep the rooms cleaner. I would also recommend improving upkeep as all the outlets in my room were loose and could not hold my chargers.”

“Great location of course, though a few homeless people were always lurking around the hotel, and the service was very good, with special mention to Gyselle and Angel. They were consistently very helpful and always smiling. Rooms of course were very small but then what can you do in New York City. Overall, convenient and decent place to stay for a few days in the city.”
