“I was disappointed in my stay. Unless you are Japanese I would not recommend this place! The management and staff is clearly unfriendly to non Japanese people. Lobby looks appealing, but don’t let that fool you. Rooms and facilities are well below average and cleaning service is below expectations considering this pandemic. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear your neighbors. Elevator was so slow. This area of Bangkok has so tons of better choices of places to stay. On the positive note I hear they are running a promo so maybe you can get a cheap deal.”

“There is a reason for the low price compared to some others - old and run down, room and hallway smell bad. Sink had no running water (really true!). Walls are super thin so noisy and cannot rest. The aircon in the gym was broken so stuffy. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Even the busy staff are uptight and unhappy. Faraway from BTS. Unpleasant atmosphere.”
