O local é de fácil acesso e estrategicamente a escolha certa para mim e minha família. Além de um lugar confortável, o atendimento também é bom A equipe é boa e amigável. Especialmente Mas Teddy, a pessoa é simpática e muito prestativa. Além disso, a comida é deliciosa, o cardápio do café da manhã também é variado. A piscina é limpa e confortável No geral, estou muito satisfeito em ficar no Novotel Gajah Mada Mantenha sempre o serviço e a qualidade.”

“Great experience on institutional quarantine at this hotel. Very satisfied with the food (quality, quantity, & variety). Very welcoming service on every inquiry from every staff especially the receptionist. Good price, it's exceeded my expectations about the overall staycation experience, but only small feedbacks from my side to improve the performance. Please check all the TV cable connection/receiver on each room, some TV program gave error message of weak or no signal. Please take the laundry on night & bring back on the next day morning since people usually need their clothes to get cleaned in the morning not in the night, but a bit strange on this hotel about taking laundry in the late morning & get cleaned in the evening/night.”
