Hospedado duas noites com a família. Banheiros com dentes longos, decadentes e um pouco mofados. Problema de água quente nos horários de pico. Pessoal foi útil e amigável. Não ficaria lá novamente devido às questões acima. Água quente e banheiro são importantes para a família!

Este foi o primeiro após o café da manhã do hotel COVID que se aproximou do que costumava ser comum. Parabéns para ela.Negativos:O local está sujo e em más condições. O banheiro era particularmente problemático. Sei que esses lugares são franquias, mas o Hilton faz algum controle de qualidade? Este lugar não está ajudando sua imagem, Conrad. Veja as fotos.O ginásio tinha várias máquinas não operacionais.O adorável wi-fi me fez reautorizar pelo menos uma vez por dia, ocasionalmente mais.E eu estive lá por 5 noites, com NO.SERVICE.WHATSOEVER. Sei que você tem falta de mão de obra, mas isso é um absurdo. Muy triste.Acabo de terminar una estancia de una semana aquí.Empecemos por lo positivo:La señora que organizó el desayuno fue increíble. Este fue el primer desayuno en hotel post COVID que se acercó a lo que solía ser un lugar común. Felicitaciones a ella.Negativos:El lugar está sucio y en mal estado. El baño era particularmente problemático. Sé que estos lugares son franquicias, pero ¿Hilton realiza algún control de calidad? Este lugar no ayuda a tu imagen Conrad. Ver las fotos.El gimnasio tenía múltiples máquinas no operativas.El encantador wifi me hizo reautorizar al menos una vez al día ocasionalmente más.Y estuve allí por 5 noches, SIN SERVICIO. Me alojé dos noches con mi familia. Los baños tienen dientes largos, gastados y un poco mohosos. Problema de agua caliente en horas punta. El personal era servicial y amable. No me quedaría allí de nuevo debido a los problemas anteriores. ¡El agua caliente y el baño son importantes para la familia!

Very sad.Just got finished a weeks stay here.Let's start with the positive:The lady who organized the breakfast was amazing. This was the first post COVID hotel breakfast that approached what used to be commonplace. Kudos to her.Negatives:The place is dirty and in poor repair. The bathroom was particularly problematic. I know these places are franchises, but does Hilton do any quality control? This place isn't helping your image Conrad. See the photos.The gym had multiple nonoperational machines.The lovely wifi made me reauthorize at least once a day occasionally more.And I was there for 5 nights, with NO.SERVICE.WHATSOEVER. I realize you are shorthanded, but this is absurd.Hotels need to be completely transparent about the level of service, or lack thereof and provide clear guidance as to how to obtain it if necessary.Decidedly not recommended.Response to the owner: If you were really interested, you would have reached out to me. You obviously know who I am and should be able to look that up in your records which would provide contact info. I'm definitely not going to call you ......

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. the bed was comfortable and I was not disturbed. I stayed three nights and all staff was friendly.

Stayed two nights with family. Bathrooms long in tooth, run down and a little moldy. Hot water issue at peak times. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would not stay there again due to issues above. Hot water and bathroom are important to the family!

O membro da equipe da recepção, Sheldon, foi muito rude com vários clientes na fila enquanto esperava em um saguão lotado, incluindo minha mãe e um amigo que estavam esperando para fazer o check-in. Tão rude que me aproximei dele e ele NÃO estava interessado em me registrar, então usei o check-in digital. Hotel bom o suficiente, mas Sheldon era horrível. A Srta. J. foi muito gentil e veio em seu socorro depois que ele se recusou a ajudar porque não "sabia nada sobre" o check-in de pessoas que reservaram através da Expedia. Os quartos estão OK. Móveis precisam de um pouco de TLC. Perto de bons restaurantes e shopping.

Mofo no meu bagel no café da manhã foi um ponto negativo tão forte, é difícil ignorar quaisquer outros aspectos da minha estadia. Isso me fez questionar a limpeza de todos os aspectos do hotel, embora eu não tivesse outras experiências para sustentar essa sensação.

O quarto era limpo e a cama confortável. O serviço de café nunca estava disponível no saguão, e o café da manhã durava pouco e fechava antes da hora. A equipe foi um pouco rude sobre o fechamento do café da manhã, e sem remorso sobre a falta de serviço de café no saguão. A propriedade como um todo necessita seriamente reformada.

As acomodações eram boas quando finalmente conseguimos um quarto, mas a gestão da nossa reserva era muito pobre. Chegamos sexta-feira à noite, descarregamos todas as nossas coisas e fomos informados de que o hotel havia sobrelotado e nós não tínhamos um quarto. Eles nos mandaram para outro hotel do outro lado da cidade. Éramos parte de um grupo, então perdemos o café da manhã com aquele grupo na manhã seguinte. O hotel para o qual fomos enviados não tinha café da manhã de cortesia. No dia seguinte, quando fomos tentar fazer o check-in novamente, ainda não havia espaço. Agora estávamos fazendo coisas conosco o dia todo. Não tínhamos onde trocar de roupa ou nos preparar entre as atividades. Nosso quarto só ficou disponível depois das 18h. Nenhum desconto ou compensação foi oferecido, mesmo quando solicitado. Liguei e deixei mensagens duas vezes com a gerência. Eles não retornaram minhas ligações.

Não fiquei satisfeito com a minha experiência, especialmente não para o preço. 3 dos meus argumentos de venda eram que era perto do coliseu que eu estava indo, O café da manhã quente sendo incluído (que pelo preço que eu paguei ... deveria ser), e a piscina coberta. A localização era excelente e os funcionários que encontrei eram muito simpáticos. O café da manhã não era bom e você estava sem suco. Na verdade, fui comer em outro lugar. A piscina coberta estava fria e já fazia frio lá fora. Espera-se que uma piscina coberta seja aquecida. Pior de tudo, a porta do meu quarto não fechava. Todo e qualquer pessoa teve acesso ao meu quarto sem necessidade de chave ... apenas um giro da maçaneta. Fiquei horrorizado quando o descobrimos, porque saímos da sala para procurar comida e fazer compras, deixando objetos de valor para trás. Alguém realmente entrou em nosso quarto e quando nos ouviu lá, eles saíram e foram para o quarto ao lado. Isso é INSANO !! Eu disse à recepção e eles disseram que woulf consertá-lo uma vez que partimos, mas minha experiência não foi boa. ESPECIALMENTE não pelo que eu paguei por 1 noite. Os quartos eram limpos, mas muito pequenos. A equipe foi bom.

La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. El servicio de café nunca estuvo disponible en el vestíbulo, y el desayuno se realizaba en pocas horas y cerraba antes de la hora. El personal fue algo grosero por el cierre temprano del desayuno y no se disculpó por la falta de servicio de café en el vestíbulo. La propiedad en su conjunto necesita ser renovada.

El alojamiento estaba bien una vez que finalmente conseguimos una habitación, pero la gestión de nuestra reserva fue muy pobre. Llegamos el viernes por la noche, descargamos todas nuestras cosas y nos informaron que habían overbooking en el hotel y que no teníamos una habitación. Nos enviaron a otro hotel al otro lado de la ciudad. Éramos parte de un grupo, así que nos perdimos el desayuno con ese grupo a la mañana siguiente. El hotel al que nos enviaron no tenía desayuno gratuito. Al día siguiente, cuando fuimos a intentar registrarnos nuevamente, todavía no había espacio. Ahora habíamos estado haciendo cosas con nosotros todo el día. No teníamos dónde cambiarnos de ropa o prepararnos entre actividades. Nuestra habitación no estuvo disponible hasta después de las 6 pm. No se ofreció ningún descuento o compensación incluso cuando se solicitó. He llamado y dejado mensajes dos veces a la gerencia. No han devuelto mis llamadas.

No estaba satisfecho con mi experiencia, especialmente no por el precio. 3 de mis puntos de venta fueron que estaba cerca del coliseo al que iba, incluido el desayuno caliente (que por el precio que pagué ... debería ser) y la piscina cubierta. La ubicación era excelente y el personal con el que me encontré fue muy agradable. El desayuno no era bueno y te quedaste sin jugo. De hecho, fui a comer a otro lugar. La piscina cubierta estaba fría y ya hace frío afuera. Se espera que una piscina cubierta se caliente. Lo peor de todo es que la puerta de mi habitación no cerraba con llave. Todos y cada uno tenían acceso a mi habitación sin necesidad de llave ... solo un giro de la perilla. Me horroricé cuando lo descubrimos porque salimos de la habitación para buscar comida y comprar y dejar objetos de valor. De hecho, alguien entró en nuestra habitación y cuando nos oyeron allí, salieron y entraron en la habitación de al lado. ¡¡Eso es una locura !! Le dije a la recepción y me dijeron que lo arreglarían una vez que nos fuéramos, pero mi experiencia no fue buena. ESPECIALMENTE no por lo que pagué por 1 noche. Las habitaciones estaban limpias pero muy pequeñas. Aunque el personal era agradable.

Front desk staff member, Sheldon, was very rude to several customers in line while waiting in a packed lobby, including my Mother and friend who were waiting to check-in. So rude that I walked up to him and he was NOT interested in checking me in, so I used digital check-in. Nice enough hotel but Sheldon was awful. Miss J. was very nice and came to the rescue after he refused to assist because he didn’t “know anything about” checking in people who booked through Expedia. Rooms are OK. Furnishings need a bit of TLC. Close to good restaurants and mall.

Mold on my bagel at breakfast was such a strong negative, it's hard to overlook any other aspects of my stay.It made me question the cleanliness of all aspects of the hotel, even though I had no other experiences to support that feeling.

Was not pleased with my experience especially not for the price. 3 of my selling points were that it was close to the coliseum that I was going to, The hot breakfast being included (which for the price I paid ... it should be), and the indoor pool. The location was great and the staff I came across were very nice. The breakfast was not good and you were out of juice. I actually went to eat somewhere else. The indoor pool was cold and it's already cold outside. Expected for an indoor pool to be heated. Worst of all my room door wouldn't lock. Any and everybody had access to my room no key needed... just a twist of the knob. I was horrified when we discovered it because we left the room to find food and shop leaving valuables behind. Someone actually entered our room and when they heard us in there they left back out and went into the room next door. That is INSANE!! I told front desk and they said they woulf get it fixed once we left but my experience was not good. ESPECIALLY not for what I paid for 1 night. The rooms were clean but really small. The staff was nice though.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Coffee service was never available in the lobby, and breakfast ran on short hours and closed before it was time. Staff was somewhat rude about the early breakfast closing, and unapologetic about the lack of lobby coffee service. The property as a whole is in serious need of renovation.

The accommodations were fine once we finally got a room but the management of our reservation was very poor. We arrived Friday evening, unloaded all of our stuff and were informed that they had overbooked the hotel and we did not have a room. They sent us to another hotel across town. We were part of a group so we missed breakfast with that group the next morning. The hotel we were sent to did not have a complimentary breakfast. The next day when we went to try to check in again there was still no room. We had now been carrying out stuff around with us all day. We had nowhere to change clothes or get ready between activities. Our room did not become available until after 6pm. No discount or compensation was offered even when requested. I have called and left messages twice with management. They have not returned my calls.
