“Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the overall service quality of the hotel was lacking.The best part of the hotel is its internally connected with T1 Aiport building and if you are in transit, it is very convenient to live here. The airport building itself has a lot of amenities so you don't need to go out.Checkin wasn't smooth and they mention shuttle on their website which is quite misleading. You have to drag your own bags to the hotel or pay on of the staff(so get some pesos handy). It's surprising that the hotel inside cannot arrange for luggage pick or drop to the gates as well.The food can be avoided as it's expensive and not that good. We ordered the fish tacos which weren't that great and smelled of bad oil. Much better options just as you step out. Lastly the staff can understand English but not communicate very well.Overall it's decent if you're just going to transit but certainly not a Marriott experience.”
