Upscale energizing and convenient the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing is a shopper's dream. This large modern all non-smoking hotel has 395 rooms in two 12-story towers that are connected by skywalk to Fashion Mall at Keystone. Rooms all have super-comfortable signature beds with fluffy duvets and crisp white sheets free Wi-Fi 37-inch flat-panel TVs and coffeemakers. The lobby bar is a favorite place to mix and mingle and the hotel restaurant offers casual dining. The indoor pool hot tub and well-equipped fitness room are great recreation options and there's also a business center and a gift shop on-site. There's a charge for parking. NOTE: The hot tub is closed for repairs through April 15 2019. Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing is 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Stadium home of the Colts. Indianapolis International Airport is 26 miles from the hotel.

“So my stay really wasn’t that bad as some of the reviews on here are stating. I will say the rooms do have a weird smell but are tolerable. Beds comfortable, no bed bugs in my room. The showers do take about 10 minutes to get hot. The hotel itself is very dated but not terrible. Most definitely not to the standards of your average Sheraton stay, hotel absolutely needs a makeover and the cleanliness is low. They dont really care for the facility like they should. The staff was so kind, that’s what made my stay comfortable. As someone who stays in hotels frequently for work, All in all I did enjoy my stay.”

“This hotel was very nice. The thing I liked most was that the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable so I did get a nice sleep. The reason I didn’t give a five star rating is because of the shower, it was a walk in shower with a shower curtain instead of a regular shower door. When my husband took a shower he got water all over the bathroom floor, it looked like a flood when he was finished. I attribute this to the shower not having a regular shower door instead of a curtain, for you see this definitely makes a difference. The staff was very friendly and attentive. If and when we come up this way again, we will like to stay at this hotel again.”
