“Tivemos nossas bolsas roubadas no cafe da manha dentro do hotel, dia 21 de setembro. Funcionarios do hotel nos trataram com indiferenca e se isentaram de qq responsabilidade. Tratamento zero, seguranca zero. Minha avaliacao zero!”

“Be careful!
If you are booking this hotel to enjoy the swimming pool (especially if you are advertising the location to your kids as I did) call them first. The pool is not available to all, you have to book the same day for a possible 1H use. We were told it was fully booked the day we checked-in 😤. My wife woke up early the next day to book us 1H.
My pb is not the Covid protocols, but the misleading info. There was no mention of 1H use or any kind of small print footnotes.
Then the Breakfast was disappointing: the staff was running all over the place but the main attractions of the buffet were empty, the refill comes 20-30 minutes later with a very tiny quantity so if you miss it come back in 20.
The positive part of our stay were the comfy bed and the well organised house keeping.”
