Hotel com um ótimo custo benefício e muito bem localizado. os quartos são muito confortaveis e todos da equipe muito atenciosos. o café da manhã é um dos melhores que já provei em um hotel. é a segunda vez que me hospedp aqui e com certeza recomendo.

Altamente recomendado ..... funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Pedidos extras de café da manhã foram implementados imediatamente e facilmente pela cozinha. Depois que surgiu outro problema pessoal, os funcionários imediatamente foram lá e ajudaram. Ficaremos felizes em ir a este hotel novamente a qualquer momento

Location is good, but there are roadworks and there was a quite a challenge to get to the parking. We did not have the bath gel and shampoo added to the dispenser during the whole stay. Out of three elevators only one worked which was a big inconvenience, especially with luggage. One we had to wait for 10 minutes. The AC in the room did not work, despite the extreme heat outside.

A nice hotel close to the main railway station in the centre of Nurnemburg. When we visited there were roadworks outside which meant the trams were not passing the front door. Also we had a problem with towels which were not available when we arrived. We had dinner which was very nice and breakfast which was also good. The bedroom was quiet with the windows shut.

Got stuck in Nuremberg because of delayed train. Stayed here for the night. Very nice stay and helpful staff. Loved a king size bed in Europe for a night. One star off only because the AC was either not turned on to the building yet or didn't exist in the room. It was pretty hot in the room and opening the window was hard because traffic was rather loud when it drove by.

I'm giving 5 stars because the man staff(maybe manager that section)in Breakfast area was super nice, and was perfect and fresh menu's were there😊But the Desk man staff in the night with nose ring was super uncomfortable. He asked us "Das oder WAS?" as we always using only NH Hotel in Germany, usually they not using so aggressive and rude to the guest. We were there around 1:30 am, so we needed to sleep but he gave us the end of room so we needed to walk so long time to find our room even not so many guest were there at that day. And also he didn't note or didn't care what ever,Next day cleaning women open our door with her's master card at "8:00am". So we couldn't slept well from hers destroyed our sleep. And she didn't say even sorry. And again she or anther women opened our door at 10:00 am again without say any sorry. Was Katastrophe.But at least next day morning man staff at the desk was nice and he gave us 2 chocolate was so cute!Overall the Breakfast area is perfect, compared with another hotel and the staff of Breakfast area section made us covered every happening there :)

Decent but not great. Rooms are OK but breakfast was truly disappointing. Staff was courteous and friendly. Won’t repeat but is OK for a night or two.

Huge, so a very good option if your group is large.Rooms are what you can expect from NH: comfortable and decorated with a great taste, without unnecessary luxuries.Breakfast was ok but without many options, probably because of the pandemic. But having 4 different types of oil and non of them being olive is something hardly understandable for a Spanish brand.Come on, NH, you can do better than that.

The hotel is very well located, in the center, close to tourist attractions. Room was comfortable, quiet ans clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. In the room was a coffee capsule machine, it is a plus. Breakfast varied and tasty. Ample parking for many cars. I recommend.

It was a marvellous stay in the centre of Nuremberg. The breakfast was opulent and lovely (especially the sausages!!) The service magnificent and i recommend this hotel for your next trip!!

La habitación era cómoda y limpia. Nos falló la caja fuerte y el teléfono con la recepción. El baño cuenta con cristal translúcido en la bañera para que pase la luz natural del dormitorio, original. El desayuno muy bien como normalmente dan en NH. La calle está repleta de hoteles y aunque éramos el último de la fila se está cerca de la estación de tren y del casco viejo de la ciudad.

Le doy una valoración mala por varios motivos: 1) El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, despues de quejarnos nos cambiaron de habitación con la molestia que eso supone, recoger todo de nuevo para cambiarte. Nosotros reservamos mediante booking y nos da la sensación de que las habíataciones no son las mismas que si reservas directamente con el hotel, ya que cuando nos cambiaron de habitación la diferencia fue bastante grande para bien. Cuando informamos del problema del aire en recepción, la reacción fue de una exagerada sorpresa y nos dio que pensar. 2) Pra ser un hotel de 4* superior la calidad en general deja bastante que desear. En la segunda habitación en la que estuvimos la ropa de cama tenía agujeros. 3) Intentar cobrarte casi 50€ por el desyuno de dos personas es absolutamente absurdo. He de decir que la cama era súper grande y muy cómoda sin embargo las almohadas no aunque eso es algo muy personal. En general no volveré a este hote porque creo que habrá mejores opciones.

Literalmente asqueroso, el servicio lo menos preparado posible por no hablar de lo antipáticos que eran en el desayuno (exceptuando una camarera).Cuatro días con una mosca muerta en la habitación, al llegar una de las toallas manchadas de lo que parecía chocolate, la cama simplemente la hacían estirando el edredón, si pedías más gel te decían que solo daban dos botes por día.En un desayuno pregunté si tenían zumo de naranja natural señalando al de bote y la camarera me afirmaba que eso era zumo natural; también tenían servicio de “fresh eggs” es decir, que te hacían lo que quisieses de huevos al momento, pues como había huevos revueltos en el desayuno, no me los quería hacer.Al pedir sugerencias de cualquier tipo no tenían ni idea.Pedí y pagué para que me enviasen una postal y al ver que dos semanas después no llegaba, llamé y no la había enviado.Probablemente me deje muchas cosas pero para ser un NH ha sido alucinante todo. Estoy segura de que hay hostales mejores.

Empezamos muy mal la experiencia y aunque remontó se merecen mala valoración por varios motivos: llegamos a la 1 y pico de la madrugada por un retraso en el vuelo, se les había roto el sistema informático, que puede pasar, y en recepción de un hotel español NADIE hablaba español, vergonzoso junto con el hecho de que no tenían registro manual y nos dicen con toda la soberbia alemana del recepcionista que no nos dan las habitaciones, que vayamos a otro hotel y LO PAGUEMOS NOSOTROS, que luego nos lo reembolsan, cosa que hicieron, pero es otro gesto feisimo. Deberían haber pagado ellos las tres habitaciones y no hacer al cliente pagarlas. A partir del segundo día, quitando algunos errores para un hotel de esta categoría, todo fue mejor y tuvieron un detallito con nosotros, nada del otro mundo pero algo es algo

Las instalaciones están muy bien, la cama es muy grande y cómoda. El desayuno es buenísimo. Lo único es que te bloquean casi el doble del importe de la estancia sin avisar.

Dos habitaciones. En una funciona el aire acondicionado en la otra no. Nis dejsn ventilador de pie. Cutres. No recomiendo para nada. Parking caro. 18€/dia. Menu poco variado. Solo 4 platos nada mas. No cambiaron las toallas.
