Um pouco cansado e desgastado por dentro, manchas nos lençóis. Café da manhã muito bom!

Limpo e bom hotel no centro de Turku. Pequeno-almoço rico, apenas básico. Quarto muito limpo, cama e travesseiro ok, boa noite de sono. O estacionamento tem uma rampa muito íngreme, o corredor é labiríntico e cheio de postes, um carro maior deve ter muito cuidado para não bater.

Quarto de hotel arrumado, embora não fosse uma cama de casal, mas duas camas colocadas uma ao lado da outra. Camas com colchões de molas muito macios. Shampoo e gel de banho no chuveiro, sem condicionador de cabelo. Era preciso reservar tempo para o café da manhã, mas mesmo assim o congestionamento era enorme. O estacionamento privado do hotel não está incluído na tarifa do quarto. Equipe amigável, no dialeto turco.

O chuveiro torna-se pouco escasso. A localização é boa e o estacionamento fica no mesmo prédio. Se o carro for grande, o estacionamento pode ser complicado. O café da manhã é bom, especialmente o bacon. 😊

Met expectations but never exceeded them. The room was clean enough and large enough but a little tight for two. You won't be tempted to linger. Everything needed was there but nothing which would cause delight. The real bathtub was a pleasant surprise. The location is very good. Staff is a mixed bag. I had a maintainance guy come into my room in the afternoon despite the locked door and after my telling housekeeping that I didn't need anything. The front desk called to apologize when they realized their mistake. Irritating, but things happen sometimes and they did promptly apologize. Ok. Windows are sealed, so no fresh air, but the temperature is fine. Insanely expensive minibar, but there's a grocery store on the ground floor. Breakfast has everything you'd want and of acceptable but not exceptional quality. Nothing is bad, but nothing is great, either. A few little tweaks and it could be fabulous, but instead...meh.

Ótima localização no centro da cidade e com andares de estacionamento no hotel. O quarto era bom, as camas eram um pouco desconfortáveis.As opções de café-da-manhã eram realmente boas, buffet agradável e boas opções para vegans.A recepção foi muito prestativa e bem informada sobre tudo.

I was here for about 40 days on a business trip from February to the end of March 2017, a very good hotel - friendly and responsive staff. By the way, the reception staff on several occasions were kind enough to accept a shipment from DHL in my name and deliver it to me in a timely manner. The hotel is in the center of Turku, and most public buses leave from the nearby main square. During the week it is calm without many visitors, but on Friday night until Sunday at noon it is full. What I often remember is the great breakfast - a great variety of food and drinks, and most importantly for me - the great espresso. There was a young man who prepared breakfast with great care. Every morning when he was at work, he would come up with a combination of salmon bites and other fish and put them on two or three plates. Since I am a fan of fish dishes, I tried them with interest and I was amazed by their taste. I went to him and congratulated him on the great bites. He was very happy that what he has invented is appreciated.For those who are interested, there is Lidl at the entrance of the hotel, grocery store as well as all over Europe. The rooms were cleaned extremely well daily. I recommend everyone who has a business in Turku not to miss this hotel.

Nice location in the middle of the city and with parking floors in the hotel. The room was nice, the beds were a little uncomfortable. Breakfast options were really good, nice buffet and good options for vegans. The reception was very helpful and well informed about everything.

A good hotel for the price in central Turku. The restaurant is nice and spacy and the food has always left me satisfied. Breakfast among the best I've had on my work travels. Sauna and gym are available as well. If I must complain about anything it is the early closing time of the restaurant, at least during these testing times. Other than their native Finnish they also speak Swedish an English.

It's clean and functional, if not very inspiring. Hairdryer was a joke, faint warm air. Breakfast was terrifyingly crowded, many people without masks, no one keeping any space at the buffet. Coffee was truly awful. Staff were pleasant, I'd stay again but probably skip breakfast next time. [edit to answer reply]: We were pretty much forced to take the slot we did as we were told by reception that it was better than our first choice. You really need to put up more signs to encourage distancing and mask wearing - it's irresponsible not to! How about 'queue-here' distance marks for the food? I was pushed aside at various places by non-mask-wearing people more than once. And maybe, just maybe more than a single juice dispenser for a hundred people? Same goes for the single coffee point.

Neat rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly service. Good location and easy to access garage by car. The pricing information of the parking should be more clearly stated on the website.

El hotel está bien. Tiene dos saunas pequeñas (masculina y femenina) y un pequeño gimnasio. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y tienen minibar. He echado en falta una cafetera en la habitación como tienen otros Scandic en habitaciones del mismo tipo. Pero bueno, es espaciosa y las camas cómodas. El baño tiene plato de ducha como es habitual. El desayuno en estos días con el tema de la COVID-19 está bastante limitado. Aún así no esta mal.

Muy buen servicio, ubicación, comida y servicios. Lo único a mejorar es que estaba un poco fría la temperatura en la habitación

Lo normal para un hotel de 3 estrellas. Sólo que al comienzo el internet muy lento, luego mejoró. El gym muy pequeño. Su sauna me gusto.

Personal amable. Buena ubicación. Desayuno vulgar. Limpieza deficiente y camas incómodas y muy gastadas. En 2 semanas he estado en 2 Scandic y confirmo que su standard es muy bajo.
