Eu consegui o quarto com uma banheira de hidromassagem especificamente para a banheira. Depois de correr minha água e adicionar sal Epsom, percebo que os jatos não funcionaram bem. O engenheiro veio rapidamente para consertar e abrir os jatos. Mas quando liguei os jatos (depois de já encher a banheira com água) havia um monte de insetos e sujeira saindo dos jatos. Tirei a água e enchi novamente e depois ficou bom.

The hotel and rooms were clean. Parking is free and mobile check-in available. Would definitely stay again. I got the room with a jetted tub specifically for the tub. After running my water and adding Epsom salt I realize the jets didn't work well. The engineer came quickly to fix and open the jets. But when I turned the jets on (after already filling the tub with water) there were a bunch of bugs and dirt coming out of the jets. I took the water out and refilled and it was fine after.

Let’s start with the positives. The location was great. The staff was polite and accommodating. It was a quiet stay. The parking was free self parking. The negatives now. The rooms are outdated and our room had 2 repairs that needed to be made. The staff promptly sent someone upstairs to fix both the nonworking heat and the nonworking bathroom light. There was a door handle of the french doors that kept falling off. There are roaches. I saw one and even though I saw just one, I know that there are many. This property does not scream Hilton but the price point was comfortable.

I love this hotel. I alwas stay at the Embassy Suites, so I decided 2 give these guys a try. What ! They are way better than Embassy. Only thing Embassy have over them as Free Breakfast. Which my 1st night of stay they give u a complimentary breakfast. It was to die for.

Quarto encantador e layout agradável. Eu não gosto do pequeno de 6 travesseiros. Eu teria preferido 4 rei travesseiros. Minha pia estava entupida eo chuveiro é maneira pequenos (e eu sou pequena). I made a reservation several days in advance for the anniversary celebration with my husband and after many preparations, arriving at the hotel we were told that the room was not available and our occasion was definitely spoiled.What a lack of seriousness, quite annoying and I do not recommend this hotel at all!So why reserve if they don't comply?Hice reserva con varios días de anticipación para la celebración de aniversario con mi esposo y después de muchos preparativos,llegando al hotel nos dicen que la habitación no estaba disponible y definitivamente se daño nuestra ocasión. Front desk was friendly but the hotel has seen better days. The rooms are run down and the guests are loud (I mean like throw parties in their "suites" loud). I am a heavy sleeper and I woke up to scream. I am a Hilton Diamond member and this is my first time ever checking out of a Hilton early to switch to a different hotelfor my second night. Lovely room and nice layout.I don't like the small 6 pillows.I would have preferred 4 king pillows.My sink was clogged and the shower is way to small (and I'm small).I was promised an executive lounge but after upgrading my room, I learned that the lounge has been closed for 2 years due to Covid. Other than that, the service, room, cleanliness, and food were very nice.I would come back but choose a room NOT on the 6th floor.

I had to ask three times for a blanket.The main reason we stayed here was because of the area and the jacuzzi. We checked in a was told that we have to pay a $50 surcharge fee per night which was annoying and is not clear on the site when you are reserving. Make sure you make note of this!Everything was fine until we woke up and the things standard with Hilton Hotels were not provided. Breakfast roughly $20 per adult. Needless to say, we went to Chick-Fil-A. If you stay here, go to one of the many restaurants around to grab breakfast OR eat here if you really like Hilton's continental breakfast. I can not attest to this location's breakfast quality as we skipped out on it. Room service does not come to your room unless you request it which I feel defeats the purpose of a hotel... The room was clean and standard on arrival. However, I was cold so I requested a blanket three times and missed a call back from the front desk on the third time. By then, I didn't care for a blanket.There was only one elevator functional at the time of this review so that may also present a problem. However, it was only a little crowded when we left in the morning. If you value a jacuzzi hotel in ATL, you will have to pay for the rest of the things that usually come with a Hilton hotel. I also think they are understaffed as the people we did encounter were relatively nice.

This experience has been lackluster. Upon arrival, the exterior entrance area welcomes you with an overflowing trash can. My 1st room had major water damage to the walls where mold and rust were visible and attempted to be removed unsuccessfully. Additionally, the toilet was broken, along with the desk. The staff was courteous to provide another room; however it also had the same issues. Because a winter storm was approaching we had few options to leave. The storm arrived and our room lacked heating to maintain warmth. I’ve never had this experience with Hilton before and it’s quite a total deviation from the brand quality. Renovations are necessary.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I got a king room suite located on the third floor. It was a quiet stay, room was cleaned, no complaints. When I called the front desk twice for extra towels and a toothbrush. They brought my items to my room within 10 minutes. I will definitely return and enjoyed the area. It’s located close the mall and lots of restaurants also.
