“Como membro de longa data do Hilton Honors ao viajar, minha preferência é ficar em uma propriedade Hilton. Minha primeira escolha é uma Embassy Suite. Até recentemente eu estava mais do que satisfeito com minhas acomodações. No entanto, isso está mudando. Minha estadia em Savannah foi decepcionante. A equipe foi muito boa, assim como a comida e serviço. O problema era o quarto. O sofá era velho e sujo e parecia que deveria estar no meio-fio e não em um quarto. Foi tão ruim que minha irmã e eu nos recusamos a sentar nele. Isso não era apenas no meu quarto. Eu estava viajando com um grupo de seis pessoas e em cada um dos três quartos o sofá estava nas mesmas condições. Meu colchão era velho também. Era irregular e, como o colchão velho, eu rolava para o centro e teria que subir do centro da cama ao levantar. Além disso, houve um problema com água quente. No primeiro dia tive que tomar banho frio porque não tinha água quente. Durante o resto da minha estadia, não consegui tomar banho porque a água nunca esquentou o suficiente. Eu até tentei tomar banho tarde da noite esperando que a água estivesse quente. Esta é a minha segunda estadia em menos de seis meses em uma propriedade da Embassy Suite e em ambos os locais as acomodações dos quartos foram decepcionantes. Parece que o Hilton não está mais se esforçando para manter um padrão de atendimento nas acomodações dos quartos. Por mais que eu goste do que as Embassy Suites têm a oferecer, considerarei outras opções para minhas futuras viagens.”
