“We have stayed at this hotel several times. Last time there was a hiccup, but most of that was corona related and everyone including me, was grouchy. This trip at the AC in Aventura was excellent so I am glad I gave them another chance. For me, the location is perfect for my needs. The hotel is quiet and clean and the daily house cleaning was excellent. The common areas are well maintained and neat and modern. The top of the list however was the customer service we received on this stay. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly which means a lot after getting off a 14 hour flight and checking in. Tracy was helping us with something later in our stay and she was perfect, so friendly, nice and helpful. She is exactly the type of person I like to work with. So, yes I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area for a nice pleasant stay. We visit Aventura/Sunny Isles beach every few months and have stayed in every 4-5 star hotel in that area. For the price AC is now my #1 choice thanks to Tracy and the other friendly employees at this hotel. Because of the them and the atmosphere and cleanliness I had a great stay and highly recommend the AC Mariott in Aventura.”

Hotel fantástico! Café muito bom e com opções fora do “convencional” café dos hotéis dos EUA. Atendimento muito bom, super novo, possui um cheiro muito gostoso, quartos super confortáveis. Só senti falta de um freezer (possui apenas frigobar) e microondas, mas como possui restaurante, conseguimos comer no hall.

Great location!!! Rooms were nice and pool was awesome on the weekends. Con- breakfast was expensive and fitness area had no wipes for the machines.

The worst experience possible at the AC HOTEL BY MARRIOT MIAMI AVENTURA. I stayed there 2 nights in December (3rd until 5th) and when I checked out unfortunately I forgot my passport and all my money in the safe (locked!). Few hours after I got back to the hotel, and there was only my passport, they had taken $1,200. I did a file with the police and they are investigating. I hope they find a solution because it is absurd to disappear money from a safe that was locked.Also, the maintenance guy opened the safe alone, and by the rule If they must open with a witness. Almost a month later, Hotel says it's still investigating and didn't got me a solution. It's a shame money disappear from a safe locked, exactly where it should be safer. I don't recommend a Hotel where its staff has no indole.

Hotel was super clean and the staff from the maids to Monica from the front desk were exceptionally nice! Breakfast was awesome! They did everything possible to make our stay very comfortable. We felt like family! We will be staying there again!

The BEST hotel in Aventura in terms of service and location. The design is ultra modern chic, very clean and calm decor. Rooms are minimalist in that the space is maximized- so clean!!! The bathrooms are awesome. The lobby is a great place to work from.Tawnia took care of my family and I while we stayed there, while our floors were being done at our house. First, she was able to accommodate us to a room with two doubles and a sleeper sofa, which made all the difference as we were 4 people. Before we checked out, she went above and beyond by calling next door to the Aloft to see if they could provide early check in and confirmed double beds. She is a gem!!!The location is the newest area of Aventura- super modern, accesible to everywhere you need to be- like amazing restaurants and the renowned Mall. Will definitely come back and highly recommend !

This place is garbage. We last stayed here a year ago and was excited to come back. It has gone so downhill since then. Just like other reviewers have said, the rooms are not clean and you can clearly see the towels and sheets have not been changed. Customer service being the worst of all. Check in and check out you will be waiting forever as the front desk staff chit chat foolishness as you wait. Breakfast as one would consider since it’s onsite, is disgusting and not worth the money you pay—better off at ANY other breakfast place. Food is cold and not flavorful. You also pay over $20 a day to self-park and there’s never any parking. Look into the Hilton Garden Inn or Courtyard Marriott. Definitely not on par with other AC hotels. DON’T waste your time here.

From the ambience of the entrance and the efficiency of the check in at the front desk, this hotel is lovely. I have never slept so soundly in a hotel bed. The bed was so comfortable! The room was VERY clean! The bathroom is very stylish and the rain shower head is relaxing. The pool is warm and up on the 4th story so there is a city view. If we needed anything we told the front desk and it was provided. The only thing I had a little problem with is the room has no microwave so we had to go all the way downstairs to warm our food. All in all though we had an awesome time and will definitely use this hotel again.
