A area externa é limpa, jardins bem cuidados.Pessoal da recepcao educado. O apartamento é amplo, mas a manutenção é pessima. Muito mofo e limpeza ruim. Moveis arranhados, gastos. Camas rangem. Resort com boa localização e de fácil deslocamento para os parques da Disney e próximo do Orlando Vineland Premium outlets e Disney Springs. Os apartamentos com 3 dormitórios e 3 banheiros facilitam para famílias maiores, mas os mesmos encontram-se com mobiliário antigo e desgastado.

Fiquei em um apartamento super amplo, de 3 quartos e super completo inclusive com lavadora e secadora de roupas. A piscina é incrível e fica aberta até as 23hs. Super recomendo.

Opção bom custo-benefício, bem equipado com cozinha completa, espaços amplos e sacada, porém as instalações não estão novas e necessidade de mais limpeza também nas áreas comuns.

Fourth time staying here and this will be our last. Everything is old and outdated. We had multiple issues. Carpets that turned our kids feet black, broken TVs, broken drawers, dirty dishes left in sink, broken shower door, no water pressure, broken oven door, front door that wouldn’t close all the way, used cue tips on ground by bed, dirty sheets, carpet that wasn’t pulled tight and was a tripping hazard. The resort did comp us the resort fees due to these issues, but we will not be back and if you have kids, I’d advise taking them somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness.

Clean, nice staff. Great value, and close to the Disney resort. Be aware that there is nothing within walking distance... it's a short drive to get gas, groceries and anything you've forgotten to bring, but without transportation you're stuck paying astronomical hotel prices for things like snacks and drinks.

If I could give a 0, I would. I stayed here a week ago with some friends and all I can say is GROSS. Please do not be fooled by the photos, this place is nasty. - there were things splattered on the wall, the carpet was so gross and almost felt wet, my feet were BLACK after walking around on the tile, the bathtub had things splatters on the outside, the shower was old, the beds felt like just springs with stains on the sheets, the couch felt like the carpet.. almost wet to the touch, and the room itself smelt damp. It was just gross. If I wasn’t with a group of friends, I would have left. They should be ashamed to even take peoples money. Please stay somewhere else.

While the rooms and decor are a little on the older side, for the price I thought it was great. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. Plenty of space. Pretty good location.

Rooms and resort are a little dated. Master bed was hard. Service was excellent and price was fair ($1500 for 4 people for 6 days 5 nights 2 bed/ 2 bath with full kitchen, balcony, and trash removal). Make sure to put your do not disturb sign up if you don't want them in your room. They came in while we were gone to take the trash. It didn't look as if anything was disturbed but we definitely put the sign up from then on.

So much potential! This place needs a major upgrade. A tucked away location very close to Disney parks, but the rooms and grounds need a major fresh coat of paint. The pool area was nice, especially with the tiki bar. Avoid buildings 5-7, they are far away from the pool and main area.

First time staying here at the resort. Look g to possibly purchase a unit here. The pool was fantastic, the room was clean and sanitized. The Tiki bar has a limited menu but the drinks were good. They also have a mini store that’s open 24 hours which is nice. The toilet ran after you flushed it. We called the front desk and within 30 minutes, it was fixed. The front desk is very nice and helpful. The view from our room was beautiful. Looking forward to going back!

Pathetic 😡 I have stayed here with a group of about 50 people for the last 5 years. It gets seriously worse every year. The only saving grace is a nice large pool and larger rooms. Security is no longer in existence. There is no service at all in the rooms. We had a three bedroom unit with 3 plates and three cups and one frying pan that was nasty that we couldn’t get replaced. Doors and windows don’t close. There was literally nasty stuff on all the furniture. Keys weren’t keyed for the stay showing is that they didn’t focus on our check in. It seems like this dump is going out of business. Checking out early to stay somewhere that cares. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this place. Avoid it like the virus.

Excelente lugar, recomendable para toda la familia, la habitación que nos toco era muy buena y amplia, las instalaciones son excelentes, tiene un almacén con todo lo necesario, una generosa piscina y agradable la gente que te atiende. No te cobran la recepción de pedidos y el acceso al complejo es perfecto.

Me gustó este lugar, el apartamento fue mejor de lo que imagine. El único inconveniente fue que la secadora de ropa no servía y fue un dolor de cabeza. No puedo calificar todo el lugar por que no pude hacer uso de el, llegamos hasta ahí por medio de Airbnb, no sabíamosque realmente era un "hotel" hasta un día antes de llegar, que nos dijeron "no digan en la entrada que están ahí por airbnb" y ya en el lugar entendimos que no podíamos hacer uso de la piscina ni de esas áreas. La verdad no lo necesitamos, ni siquiera nos quedo tiempo. Pero me gustó el lugar, muy bien cuidado, seguro, amplios apartamentos, cerca de Disney.

Es una buena opción de hospedaje si vas con más de dos personas. El lugar es muy limpio, la piscina y áreas verdes en un estado. El personal del hotel es muy amable.Mi esposo y yo nos quedamos con una pareja de amigos en un cuarto con 2 habitaciones. Hay una pequeña sala, horno de microhondas y frigo bar. Es una excelente opción para compartir gastos con amigos o familiares.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente para los parques de Disney. De Universal está un poco alejado pero nada grave. Los departamentos son muy amplios, la cocina no está muy equipada en cuanto a vajilla. Sí tiene heladera, lavavajilla y lavasecarropa. Brindan un kit inicial para estos electrodomésticos muy útil. Lo malo es que adicional (pero opcional) cobran casi 40 dólares diarios por el servicio de limpieza general o 6 dólares por el cambio de toallas y sacado de la basura. En el lobby (que depende el departamento que tangas puede estar muy cerca o muy lejos) hay café de cortesía y un mercadito muy chico para cosas básicas.

Excelente. Habitaciones muy espaciosas. Limpio y la cocina está bien equipada. Atención siempre muy cordial. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque el agua de la piscina es salada, un poco incómodo para nadar. Pero lo bueno es que tiene un horario amplio de pileta, así que si llegás cansado de los parques podés descansar en el jacuzzi.

Muy amplio, nuestro departamento estaba muy lejos de la recepción por lo que quedaba incómodo ir a buscar el café o ir a la pileta. No incluye la limpieza en la tarifa ni las toallas, se debe abonar aparte cosa que me pareció un poco incómoda, sumado a que no hay objetos de limpieza en el departamento, al menos una escoba deberian tener. Muy buena ubicación para ir a disney.
