Beautiful location superb rooms very quiet and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast. Very nice to be able to enjoy the beach at the end of a business day even if swimming area is quite small. Only minus was the dinner I had at the artisan restaurant. The buffet had a nice choice but my hot food was not hot.

This is hands down the best hotel I have ever been to me and my family loved it. Great buffet breakfast and facilities, the customer service is the amazing . Ajay especially was amazing help he helped with lots. I would recommend this place.

This is NOT about our stay but our Christmas Day brunch experience. 25Dec2022. Booked for 10adults &3kids. Absolutely enjoyed the overall experience. The buffet spread was lavish!! Santa riding a camel was so cool, everyone was ecstatic about it. The live band, the carollers made the event extra special. The gifts selection for kids are amazing. The experience actually was a surprise for me, was expecting less but everything was to the Top! Was super impressed by each staff member-everyone was genuinely super nice, welcoming and helpful. We felt like coming home each evening. The room was decent, design in the common arabic hotels style but the view was the real deal! We could spend all week just staring through the window! There is also access to small private beach and a swimming pool. Definitely would recommend it!

I think Bab Al Qasr may be more of a beach/swimming pool kind of hotel than a business hotel. At least that was my impression after staying there for business. On the positive side the breakfast was excellent - varied and high quality. It was also nice to find a full-size iron and ironing board in the room. And the view over the water was lovely (although the windows were filthy, perhaps because of construction going on right outside the hotel). On the less positive side, I was "upgraded" to a 2-bedroom suite that had no available outlets for my computer or cell phone charger (I ended up crawling under tables and desks and unplugging lamps). There was no full length mirror in either of the 2 bathrooms, only 3 hangers in the closet (I was able to call the front desk for more), and the housekeeping staff came to clean at 5pm when I was back and working in my room. There was a washing machine in my little kitchenette, but I was told I would need to walk to a nearby mall to purchase soap. And local calls are not allowed from the room unless one sets up a deposit at the front desk (I've never heard of this anywhere before!). The front desk had me sit and wait for 30 minutes so that they could order local currency from their finance office . . . and only then told me that they didn't exchange the currency I was carrying. Finally the staff seemed a little confused - the coffee barista in the dining room told me that take-away cups were not allowed, and was then corrected by a waitress - and also a little stressed - I went down the hall to ask a question of the housekeeping staff and was screamed at when I stepped into the room they were cleaning ("oh my god, you're not allowed in here"), and when I asked the housekeeping staff to replace the vanity kits in the bathroom drawers (shower caps, cotton balls, etc.), they said they weren't allowed to open drawers (but that's where the vanity kits were when I arrived). It was during Formula 1, so it's possible that they had brought on extra, less professional, staff. To end on a positive note, a bellboy named Sultan saw how frustrated I was with various processes and offered to, for example, get somebody to go buy washing soap. That kind of attention makes a huge difference.

I received a 90 minute massage from Rahma. She was the best! She was very gentle, we had a lovely conversation. Everything was wonderful! Throughout she kept checking to make sure the pressure was ok and that I was not experiencing pain or any discomfort. Within my 90 minutes I received a facial which was very nice. I cant tell you what each things was but I do remember steam and clay mask. My favorite was the head massage. Definitely will be going back💚

I did an engagement dinner in the Rosemary restaurant yesterday, and the amount of support, cooperation and help received was amazing. Special thanks to Mr.Joseph for managing all the dinner requirements and for efficiently attending to all our requests (from the beginning till the last minute IT changes, food changes and some design changes). The overall experience was lovely and we always felt welcomed. Also, the whole staff was attentive and the food was great. We all enjoyed our time and would definitely consider doing future events there.

Nice hotel. We booked the Hotel but had to stay in the Residence as the Hotel was chosen as a quarantine by the state. But the rooms were really big with a nice and clean bathroom and comfy beds. Breakfast was also very good. Location is great if you want to have a private beach area and the hotel is very close to the Emirates Palace and the Qasr Al Watan.

Welcoming atmosphere, lovely staff, outstanding food. I had clear vegetable soup as startee, followed by poke bowl, salmon for main course and finished with blueberry cheesecake — all was equally superb!
