“Las habitaciones eran extremadamente pequeñas y la puerta del baño ni siquiera cerraba. Las luces del ascensor ni siquiera funcionaron durante unos días, y estaba extremadamente oscuro allí. El servicio del hotel es muy lento. Llamamos a alguien para limpiar el baño y tardaron 2 días en venir. El desayuno complementario estaba bien. Éramos miembros diamante de Hilton, lo que significa que podíamos irnos después de las 12. Pero no nos dejaron, diciendo que tenían "falta de personal".
