“The location Is not up to typical Embassy Suites standard. Room was old, baseboards were falling off. Bed was incredibly hard. PAC n play had metal bars and a very thin mattress compared to a standard pac n play. Son could not sleep in it. I still have a sore back”

“Nothing actually. Horrible experience We had no hot water in the shower. We notified management 3 different times during an hour and 15 min. Asked to be moved to a different room was told there was none. Then was told we can use another rooms shower if needed. Long story short NO SHOWER!!!”
