“The hospitality and service was exceptional.They made us feel like family.The room was spacious and clean and welcoming.Breakfast was good and the coffee was always available.The pool broke down the day we arrived which was an extremely disappointing experience!!!! It was really not the fault of the staff; however,it was significant for me just because I was there in a stressful situation to be with a family member in ICU on life support. The pool was the only "vacationy" thing I was going to get to enjoy on my 2 week vacation.I wasn't able to swim even once. I'm not going to lie....even though the manager took one day off my tab, it still hurt. I sure could have used the pool as a destressor. God knows I needed it.”
