“Even though the hotel just recently open i know it has full potential. the staff there are very welcoming and polite, the hotel overall looks nice, there are some things that are minor that needs to be fixed, linen is a little outdated but nothing that can’t be handled. I was told most rooms are in different sizes ( more then 2 versions of standard rooms or jr suites) pool is nice and fresh, great gym with new equipment, bar is opened and taking orders overall i would give it another chance once the hotel is officially up and running. Embora o hotel tenha aberto recentemente, sei que tem todo o potencial. os funcionários são muito acolhedores e educados, o hotel em geral parece bom, há algumas coisas pequenas que precisam ser consertadas, a roupa de cama está um pouco desatualizada, mas nada que não possa ser tratado. Foi-me dito que a maioria dos quartos tem tamanhos diferentes (mais de 2 versões de quartos standard ou suítes jr) a piscina é agradável e fresca, ótima academia com novos equipamentos, o bar está aberto e aceita pedidos em geral, eu daria outra chance quando o hotel estiver oficialmente em funcionamento.”

“Rooms are small but do not underestimate. Everything is kept clean, bed was comfortable. Great for one or two people staying in a room. Staff is friendly and always greeted me when I arrived in the hotel. The lobby is beautiful and is kept up. The courtyard is definitely a bonus (quiet and serene)! Would definitely stay here again. Old Pasadena bars and restraunts are about a 20min walk away. 20min Uber or cab ride to Universal Studios.”
