“The experience was awful. The evening clerk was completely indifferent. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained. We had to get new ones, and change them ourselves. There was a dirty sock on the floor from a previous occupant, the ice machine was out-of-order, there was no sanity bag for the ice bucket, and to top it all off, a used towel was hanging on the door hook in the bathroom. On a good note, Phil (GM), Alessandro, and Jane from the morning crew were extremely professional and accommodating. The morning crew obviously cares a lot more about the customer experience. They are solely responsible for turning a 1-star review to a 3-star review.”
