myself and my girlfriend booked this hotel the morning of 26/2/22. we arrived at 9:30pm to a large line for reception. News soon travelled up the line that they were having difficulty allocating rooms. After 2:30 hours we finally got to the desk to be told they had no rooms available as none of them had been cleaned and the hotel over booked. The hotel stated that we would have to wait until 2:30/3am until a room would be available for us and we would still have to pay full price. I explained that my girlfriend had to be at the airport for 4:30am and that this was not good enough. The hotel offered to give us free parking and that was all. If they had told us when we arrived originally the likelihood of a room was unlikely I would have left and found another hotel. me and my girlfriend had to sleep in my car in the car park as we had no where to stay. I feel that this is totally unacceptable and have missed the opportunity of spending a night with me other half whom I’m not going to see now for 3 months until she returns. I would like some compensation for this as I feel the service I have received is vastly under standard. My girlfriend ended up having an anxiety attack in my car due to the added stress Radisson as caused during her moving to Finland. All I have been given is a £10 voucher to say sorry. Absolutely shocking in my opinion. I will never stay with Radisson hotels again after being treated worse than a stray cat

Stayed in hotel quarantine. Fantastic food, very comfortable room to spend a prolonged period in. Didn't feel enclosed. Staff were great even under the confusion of Quarantine ending early. Will gladly stay under better circumstances.

I stayed my 6 days quarantine here. And we where released early. The place was lovely. They let me go for walks in the car park. food was good on the first day, but then was not very good the chicken was pink. They didn't give me what I ordered the one day. and the other day they just gave me mince curry with salad no rice no nan bread nothing the had to call room service so they could sort it out by the time thy came the food was cold. My last day they didn't even bring be my dinner I had to call them like 4 times. It was not a very good experience.

We stayed here around 2011/2012 and during that visit one of my best memories is the location and cleanliness of this hotel. So conveniently located. We were less than one block from the British Museum and right near public transit. Plenty to do and see right around the area. From my experience in Europe over the years I would also say this hotel had very roomy accommodations. We did get the Deluxe King and it was a nice sized room with a decent size bathroom. Beautifully decorated and I would for certain stay here again.

I came here for PCR testing in the car park. Easy to find from the bus 222 on the Bath road. Testing is quick and both times I came early but was able to just go straight in for testing. Be great when they get rid of this money making scheme and replace it with something more permanent.

Had to stay for 10 days during quarantine, room was clean but the staffs are unbearable. Some of the security staffs I met are super nice but the receptionists are just plain rude. Food can range from amazing to awful. When entering hotel they will specifically ask you to list your meals. But they often mix em up so far from your choice of meals.

I was not looking forward to my mandatory quarantine, after hearing horror stories about the experience. However, my ten day stay at this hotel has been so enjoyable. The room was clean, unlimited coffee, tea and milk. Delicious meals three times a day. The staff welcomed me just like they would every other guest, and we respectful, helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Every two days I would get a phone call from the concierge to check how I am doing. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Overall a decent stay during govt managed quarantine. Food is a gamble. Superb on some days, bland and tasteless on the others. Staff members are extremely friendly. But Food arrives cold a lot of the times. Room amenities are decent with terrible TV entertainment system. Very limited toiletries. I have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel.

I did my hotel quarantine here. They are Very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Very good room-service. Usually its rule you can go out for walk 2 time but they take you more if they are free. Good food. You can make online delivery literally anything and they will drop at your door. Highly recommended.

We were staying here for our mandatory ten-day quarantine as a family and we’re all dreading the prospect of being trapped and unable to leave our rooms for 10 days. However, it was not as bad as was expected. We had two interconnecting rooms as a large family, and both were very good. PCRs on day 2 and day 8. Upon arrival, we were asked to complete a questionnaire containing all our food and drink choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was of a high quality, although there were many, many repeats. Food service was timely—never early and never much too late. We’re given bottles of water every day with our meals. Room was large, comfy and spacious. Decent television in the room and decent views from the windows. Bed was very comfortable. We were allowed out of our rooms for our exercise in a large car park outside the building as many times as we wanted. To do this, you had to call security, who often took too long to arrive. However, overall, our experience at the hotel was pleasant. And we counted ourselves lucky to have been allocated this hotel!

I got this hotel as a part of my hotel quarantine because I had travelled from India. Radisson team is doing excellent job, I really appreciate their work during this difficult time . Food is amazing right from breakfast to dinner( I had opted for Indian menu) which I would give 10 out of 10. Almost every day I called Room service to say thank you to chef because Chef did not allow me to miss my home cooked food. I had many more friends who were quarantined in different hotels with zero customer service, with no good food no laundry no proper services were provided. I was lucky to get in here. Midnight I was unwell so within no time doctor came & checked me. It was my first time beingalone from my loved ones which actually was a nightmare for me before check in but then when I saw security guys standing whole night to protect their guests gave me big relief and I could sleep peacefully. Receptionist were so prompt that within no timeI got whatever I requested for. I used to get courtesy call from reception to ask about my well being, that was a sweet gesture by the team. I can go on and on but one can experience if they are lucky enough to get this as their quarantine hotel. Thank you to the whole team of Radisson Edwardian.Keep up the good work.

Mandatory quarantine hotel stay with our 3 3/4 year daughter. Despite both our dietary and my spouse's allergies being indicated in both a web-form and the paper form [that we were trying to fill-in with our daughter having a meltdown during the quarantine arrival briefing with hotel staff not even acknowledging the situation] - many meals arrived not adhering to our dietary and allergy requirements (thankfully the hazelnuts were visible). Staff repeatedly told us that we had not indicated our dietary requirements and allergies which I watch my spouse do next to meal choice on every page. We asked for our meals to be delivered at the earliest possible time due to having our 3 3/4 year daughter with us. These requests were only very occasionally adhered to and then it went back to getting meal whenever the staff got to our floor and room in the normal sequence. We even received breakfast at 09:00 am and dinner at 7:00 pm (her bedtime)?! Often, our daughter was in such a bad state due to hunger that she could not be convinced to calm down to eat for half an hour. We complained to the catering manager to no avail. Beyond this, meals were delivered with endless single-use paper and wooden cutlery. Why could metal cutlery and crockery that could be dish washed safely not be used? We never used a single sachet of sugar, nor even 10% of the English breakfast tea nor did we want the soft drinks delivered to the room but it came regardless and every incorrectly delivered item was contaminated even though we never had coronavirus at any stage during our stay. This makes a mockery of any environmental commitments by made by the Radisson Hotel Group.

Check in correcto. Habitación chica, sin pretenciones. Cuando ingrese a la habitación había un olor desagradable, pude ver que un sector de la alfombra estaba mojada, húmeda. Pedí el cambio de habitación y lo realizaron enseguida. El desayuno y la atención son muy buenos. Excelente ubicación, cercana al aeropuerto de Heathrow. Saludos
