“As áreas da piscina foram surpreendentes, especialmente as Cataratas. Os jardins eram bonitos e bem cuidados com muitas flores desabrochando. Tivemos uma cabana privada (frigorífico, ventilador, misters, TV, sofá) que nos manteve bem legal no calor de 114 ° quando fora da piscina. As piscinas Falls foram serviço completo. Os garçons foram todos ótimos, assim como as bebidas. O nosso quarto (1 cama king size, 1bdrm) era um pouco menor do que esperávamos, mas era limpo e bem conservado e em frente à piscina familiar.”

“When we arrived and checked in the front desk staff was great. Braden was very helpful and kind. We had a great time by the pool. Being able to order poolside is the best! Unfortunately, one server was not very kind. When I asked if there was anything gluten free she said to me " I don't know. You know what you can eat." I have NEVER in 16 years of being gluten free, been told that! It was awful. She is the reason for the lower review. When I went to check out after our stay I was happy to see Braden again. He was SO kind. HE deserves 5+ stars. He was kind, professional, helpful and understanding. Thanks!”
