Gostaria de me hospedar no hotel e fazer um evento nele, fiquei uma hora esperando pelo senhor todo que nunca apareceu! Após fui extremamente mal atendido pela Estefani balconista que foi grosseira, deselegante e não quis fazer o simples trabalho de passar valores e ser gentil! Mudei de hotel

Nos hicieron un súper descuento por ser personal de salud. No es siempre, pero nos sirvió mucho. Tiene piscina tibia, gimnasio, ubicado cerca de varios sitios bonitos para caminar. Cerca de Madero, cerca de Hard Rock... Etc. Muy cómodo y muy amables. El desayuno es tipo buffet con opciones deliciosas.

Excelente atención, y la instalación muy bonita , cuartos muy cómodos .

Confortável, óptima piscina interior aquecida que pode ser utilizada das 7am até 7pm. Parque de estacionamento pelo valor de 31,50. Bom café da manhã.

Hotel lindo com bom atendimento.Fiquei no quarto 1811 (pequeno, porém funcional) que compensa pela vista da cidade. O abajur não acendia, poucas tomadas pra carregar celulares e pouquíssima iluminação em todo o quarto (o que foi agravado, já que os abajures não funcionavam). Gostei das janelas, muito bem vedadas e deixa o quarto quentinho, mesmo sem acionar o termostato.O café da manhã não é tão variado, mas o que tem é muito bom.A piscina fica no terraço, é grande e um pouco aquecida, minha filha gostou.Um ponto negativo gritante é o estacionamento, pois além de ser pago a parte, não tem acesso direto ao hotel, sendo um terror em dias de chuva. Outro ponto negativo é que não aceita animais (nem mesmo os que vivem fechadinhos em suas casinhas), te obrigando a pagar 50 reais por dia ou deixar o seu pet em casa.É bem próximo ao Hard Rock Café.Confesso que pra um hotel 4 estrelas eu esperava mais.

Experiência realmente razoável pelo preço que pagamos,realmente não veste as quatro estrelas que possui em seus serviços. Alguns pontos que não gostei:- chegamos e eu e meu marido tivemos que descer novamente pra o hall pois recebemos um quarto com camas de solteiro. Fora isso o atendente questionou, em menos de 3 minutos, se havia consumido algo;- subimos na piscina térmica para um banho e nos deparamos com uma família com garrafas pet, música alta em caixa de som e sacolas plásticas, ambiente desagradável para relaxar. A noite essa mesma família estava no hall de entrada do hotel fazendo a mesma situação, e sem nenhum aviso dos atendentes;- o banho estava bem morno pelas condições climáticas de Curitiba. Reclamamos e falaram que precisávamos deixar aquecer durante bastante tempo pois o hotel estava cheio. No outro dia sim estava numa boa temperatura a água.- no frigobar apenas água com gás;- toalhas com cheiro de água sanitária, um cheiro muito ruim.- atendimento de uma forma geral bemmm descuidado com o cliente.Não indicaria…

Eu só me hospedava nesse Hotel e indicava para todo mundo. Porém, depois da pandemia, a qualidade do atendimento despencou. Hoje mesmo (15/06/21), tentei dar uma nova chance e só confirmei o que já tinha percebido antes, o Hotel não vale mais a pena. Atendimento péssimo! Liguei para confirmar o tamanho da cama pq estava reservando pelo site e a recepção estava mais preocupada em transferir p o setor de reservas, do que me ouvir. O acolhimento e empatia não existe mais. Tanto faz vc fechar hospedagem com eles ou não, me senti assim. Lamentável.

Nosso quarto estava muito sujo, extrema falta de cuidado aos detalhes! Parece que trocaram apenas a roupa de cama do quarto e deixaram todo o resto sujo... Na gaveta do criado mudo havia restos de embalagens de comida, havia muito pó nos móveis do quarto, o box do banheiro estava cheio de mofo, havia diversas manchas de sujeira no chão, além de muito pó também e o teto do banheiro estava descascando. Já o café da manhã havia muita pouca variedade. Na chegada não estava sendo comprido o protocolo da Covid, haviam pessoas sem máscara logo no saguão do hotel. A única experiência boa foi a Sra.(infelizmente não me recordo o nome) que atendeu a gente no restaurante do hotel na hora do café da manhã que foi muito gentil e solícita. Para um hotel com o renome e pelo valor cobrado ficou muito a desejar! Existem hotéis pela metade do preços que oferecem mais qualidade.

No es un hotel excepcional pero es cómodo y la atención es muy buena. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de 2 shoppings y varios restaurantes.

Arrived at the hotel at 4:30PM for check in and the room they gave wasn't even cleaned up from the previous guest even though they gave us the key... waited at the lobey for the room to get cleaned up. Then the gym was a mess, kids from the pool all wet running around because there are no rules and the balcony is not pleasant (dirty) even though the view from the 21st floor is nice of Curitiba. The rooms are very modern and the art selection is amazing in the rooms and in the halls. Another point in when we arrived there is no bell man only the lady from the reception who came out to give a trolley, and there was only one other man at the reception who attended us, (wearing a polo: which looked unprofessional) generally I think the issue is the management of this hotel... not my best hotel arrival, but definitely not the worst.

Great place to stay, helpful staff, nice service. On the other hand the occasional weekend pool parties on the top floor are quite loud and will prevent anyone trying to sleep.

This was a very nice hotel. The only issue we had were the elevators. The day after we arrived, two of the three elevators stopped working. 5 days into the stay, they were still down. By the time we left after nearly two weeks, only was working correctly.

Clean and everythings are good. Friendly staff and good location near downtown.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Fridge in every room complimentary full breakfast. Hotel is located in the center of the city giving access to local parks, museums, and dining (casual and fine). Nice little cigar bar next door.

Don't be overexpecting, this place is far from perfect. The rooms are quite worn, lacking a lot of useful items. No shoehorns, no hair dryers, no dental kits, just single power outlet for the desk. There was no even the safe in the room, but they brought it when asked. With no batteries though, but I still hope they'll replace it. If you're international, you don't get a power adapter, go to the shop. You probably don't need some of that stuff if you have short stay, but for person with lost baggage and a month long stay it is a problem. People at the desk are kind of good, but not very attentive. You will have to come and ask every time, don't expect much participation. And yes, I've seen a better breakfast for less price. So this is a no-no next time, if it's going to happen.

Buen hotel. De acuerdo a las cuatro estrellas. Habitaciones normales, nada fuera de lo normal,bien aseadas. Buena atención. El restaurante tiene un menú muy limitado: unos cuatro platos fuertes y algunas entradas. Se demoraron mucho para traer mi pedido.

The bed in the room are super big, that's nice. The interior design of the rooms and corridor looks old and unused. The lobby is very nice, great decoration and the bar have a lot of drinks. The customer service staff isn't gentle and very cold. But my biggest turn off was the bedroom without a plug near the bed! It's 2018 and everybody have a smartphone and needs a plug near the bed!

Location is good if you want to be in the city. Excellent customer service at the front desk and all workers are very friendly. The gym room is very small and dont have a lot of weights/machines in addition the pool is not very deep either. Still enjoying my stay.

The ladies Roseli and Mari are amazing and super customer focus! Felt at home and welcome by them! Delicious cakes and good coffee! Also try the omelette you can’t go wrong! Events are always good...
