“The resort was clean and beautiful, the beach was well maintained. The pool as well clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Some disappointed thingswere that there was no hot water, we requested a roomwith TV and it didn't have one, the remote control did not work, I told them about it but they didn't come and check, they later brought a tv. The buffet as well as another restaurant most of the menu was fried food. Their dessert was really good and their soups. A lot of people were complaining about the waiting time in the lobby because of the pandemic I believe they were understaffed so they only had two or three personnel in the lobby so check-in, check-out, or getting the wifi information would take awhile.”

“Guests here ignore the mask policy, the staff are not quick to enforce it. The resort is nice, its just for me a little rough. Flashing lights for the casino....ITS CLOSED !! until further notice and guess what..... hardly any staff aware of this!!! Dont think I would stay here in a hurry again”
