“We were very much dissatisfied with our stay. We stayed for two nights for a conference downtown. There was no help or assistance when needed regarding housekeeping needs, extra sheets for pull-out couch, and towels. There were 5 of us in one room, we were given two towels for the weekend and never given more. One of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, which we were never granted sheets, even after requesting them. As for cleanliness, we were very much dissatisfied. The room did not seem to be cleaned beyond making the beds, if the sheets were even washed. The surfaces were dirty and sticky and the floors were dusty and had several hair balls. The beds were also not clean, and the mattress on the pull-out couch was near repulsive- stains of every color and hair balls. Lastly, there was a dishwasher in our suite that was full of DIRTY dishes. When we opened the dishwasher a stench let out that filled the room. Not the place we had hoped to restfully lay our heads at the end of two long days.**UPDATE: after answering a survey following our stay, we were surprised to receive a call from the manager, Tish. She was incredibly apologetic and financially accommodating. The conversation with her absolutely shifted our attitude towards our stay, and we would be willing to give the hotel a try again. Takeaway from our full experience - work with Tish if you can. She will make sure 110% of your needs are met.”

“We enjoyed our stay here, the location was excellent. Easy to get to the main tourist attractions, short walk from the train station. The room was clean, except for the vents which we needed to have them cleaned out according to the thermostat.The hotel was quiet and so was the area around it- except for some Monday morning construction. Anthony at the front desk was great, he anticipated our needs before we even had them and made us feel welcomed.”
