“This is a great hotel with many amenities. However, my room was a moderately beat up, stains on the floor and furniture was beat up beyond normal wear and tear. The bathroom was extravagant and I loved it, but the TV inside the mirror in the bathroom is an overkill. The employees at the front desk are weird but the real people who work behind the scenes like the room cleaners and staff they bring you what you need in your room are amazing! It's definitely luxurious but 4 stars is almost what it deserves.”

“Friendly welcoming staff, clean and stylish rooms. We had an amazing partial water view, the pool and fitness area was amazing. Excellent location to walk anywhere downtown with access to most amenities. We slept soundly, no noise. We shall definitely be back.”
