“Great experience on institutional quarantine at this hotel. Very satisfied with the food (quality, quantity, & variety). Very welcoming service on every inquiry from every staff especially the receptionist. Good price, it's exceeded my expectations about the overall staycation experience, but only small feedbacks from my side to improve the performance. Please check all the TV cable connection/receiver on each room, some TV program gave error message of weak or no signal. Please take the laundry on night & bring back on the next day morning since people usually need their clothes to get cleaned in the morning not in the night, but a bit strange on this hotel about taking laundry in the late morning & get cleaned in the evening/night.”

“Negative pcr before departure, fever started on the 3rd day after arriving at the hotel, the result was positive.Towels and blankets are yellow , I think there is a chance of infection inside the hotel , The bathroom sink is not cleaned and the water does not go down normally , the food is the worst”
