The hotel is close to the train station and restaurants and cafés, making it ideal. The room has a wonderful view of the city. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. I recommend.

Had a nice stay, the kid loved the small round window that we had in our room. A classic hotel, nice old house with some architecture, comfortable beds and good size room. Solid breakfast.

We have stated at the Kramer several times and I have to say that this time we were disappointed. The room was too warm and it didn't even have a safe. The pillows where not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite basic. You can stay in cheaper hotels and get more value for your money. I do have to say that the room was very clean and the reception staff were very polite.

The hotel is very convenient location if you come to tour the city. The lobby and stairway is very elegant. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. The rooms serve their purpose. The only problem we had is with the bathroom. There is no fixed shower just a hand shower which is not very practical. Also the tub is very high make it difficult and dangerous to get in and out. It looks like there are upgrading some rooms and we might had gotten the older ones. Not sure.The breakfast is pretty good with lots of traditional options.

Stayed 3 nights. None of the days the room got cleaned. No renewal of towals or new toilet paper. Shower gel also ran out quickly because it was not filled when we came. The breakfast was good though.
