“This hotel is terrible.While it has potential, it should not be open during remodeling.The bar was not open, the halls smell like mildew and the overall amenities are not comparable to other hotels with similar price points. When booking it doesn’t mention that only 2 floors were available and that the rooms are very tiny.We called and left a message to the manager and received no call back.No room service unless you ask.I highly recommend you stay elsewhere.”

“We traveled from Australia and had such an amazing stay! From the time we were greeted until the time we left we felt so welcomed. The staff were so incredible, they were so friendly and helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant. We hope to return to Pasadena and we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again!”
