The modern upscale Sheraton Buganvilias Resort is a 13-story property that commands a large swath of beach on Banderas Bay with verdant tropical grounds and views of the surrounding Sierra Madre Mountain Range. All of the 475 stylish rooms have flat-panel cable TVs high-speed internet access and plenty of space. The hotel pampers guests from morning to night with at least four restaurants and several swim-up bars and lounges and there's live entertainment just about every night. “Natalia, Irayda, Ernesto, and Mariana were wonderful,cheerful, energetic hosts. They are part of the activities group at the resort along with the waiters Gabriel and Gamaliel that were kind and fun when serving my family at the poolside chairs. This group of people made our stay very fun with dance lessons, kids games, and musical entertainment. The only problem I had was the attitude from the front desk concierge unfortunately I didn't get his name, it's the guy with glasses and brown hair and it's a good thing I speak Spanish; I simply changed to a young lady that was more attentive to service and actually smiled when welcoming you. I also couldn't forget housekeeping and valet service that were very respectful and helpful.”
