“Hotel location is superb and the service is just outstanding soon as you checking. Front desk and housekeeper makes sure the stay is pleasant and relaxing. Staff goes the extra mile to make sure our 25th anniversary is perfect 10 from every angle of the services. Front desk agent surprised us with nice gesture of chocolate strawberries and champagne... SUPERB service. Go and spent a night and you will discover what is the definition of SERVICE is....”

“This is a really special hotel. I stayed for one night in December 2021 and was very impressed by its understated elegance - staff were wonderful and accomodating and the room was beautifully furnished with small touches such as a fresh flower in the bathroom and comfortable fluffy robes. I ordered room service and this was also faultless - clearly a lot of thought has been put into giving visitors a luxury experience while still feeling very much at home. Also the location is also great, in a very beautiful part of Madrid and close to the gardens and sights.”
