Good rooms, great view for channel facing rooms, good buffet spread. Courteous staff. Huge pool with separate sections for kids, huge garden for walk. Highlight is kids play area which I saw for first time in a hotel. House boat and kayaking available. Good stay overall

Unexpected visit to Grand Hyatt, Kochi. Enjoyed each and every minute there, especially the restaurant and the wonderful ambience. Staff was very cooperative and was ready to host even at late night with Delicious dishes. Hands off to the entire team.

El ambiente y el servicio fue estupendo. Decidí llevar a mi esposa aquí para el año nuevo y valió la pena. Hay buena comida y lugares en el interior para pasar el rato. Me encantó la estancia. Pasar tiempo junto a la piscina te brinda una vista increíble. Intenta conseguir las habitaciones con vistas al lago. Será la mejor elección que haya hecho.

Excelente propiedad con muy buen servicio. Un buen lugar para venir y pasar un rato con su familia. La vista desde la habitación es impresionante. Tienen una piscina muy bonita y un área de juegos para niños también.

O ambiente e o serviço foram excelentes. Resolvi levar minha esposa aqui para o ano novo e valeu a pena. Há boa comida e lugares dentro para hangout. Amei a estadia. Passar um tempo na piscina proporciona uma vista incrível. Tente obter os quartos com vista para o lago. Será a melhor escolha que você fez.

The ambience and the service was great. I decided to take my wife here for new year and it was worth it. There is good food and places inside to hangout. Loved the stay. Spending time by the pool gives you an amazing view. Try to get the lake view rooms. It’ll be the best choice you made.

Loved the experience. The food was super yum. The Ambience was fabulous. We tried the thai restaurant. Thr prawn fritters are simply awesome. The thai green curry also is yum. The play area in front of the restaurant is fun for kids... They had a blast. A small walk through the walkway adjacent to the sea was so lovely.

Fui lá para o buffet de almoço com meu bonde. Estacionamento com manobrista, atendimento ao cliente e ambiente foi excelente. Café Malabar tem uma vista excelente e arranjos. Não era uma hora de pressa. O agente de atendimento ao cliente (Sunita, se bem me lembro) fez uma menção aqui. A comida espalhada era vasta, mas, exceto sucos, doces e bolos, o sabor estava na média para o preço. No geral, uma visita satisfeita.

Fui allí para el almuerzo buffet con mi tranvía. El servicio de aparcacoches, el servicio al cliente y el ambiente fue excelente. La cafetería Malabar tiene una excelente vista y arreglos. No era un momento de prisa. El agente de servicio al cliente (Sunita, si recuerdo) hizo una mención aquí. La comida fue amplia, pero excepto los jugos, pasteles y tartas, el sabor era normal para el precio. En general, una visita satisfecha.

Tivemos um grande momento para o buffet de véspera de Natal. O ambiente era de alto nível. Amei o Beef Wellington e a Turquia foi preparados com perfeição. A hospitalidade dos funcionários do Café Malabar é louvável e comovente. No entanto, eu estava absolutamente insatisfeito com a seção do deserto e definitivamente acabei com a sensação de um final perfeito. Nem um pouco bem ... 😐

Lo pasé muy bien para el buffet de Nochebuena. El ambiente era de primera categoría. Me encantó la carne Wellington y el pavo estaba cocinado a la perfección. La hospitalidad del personal del Malabar Cafe es encomiable y reconfortante. Sin embargo, estaba absolutamente insatisfecho con la sección del desierto y definitivamente destruí esa sensación de un final perfecto. No está bien en absoluto ... 😐

Went there for lunch buffet with my tram. Valet parking, customer service and ambience was excellent. Malabar cafe have an excellent view and arrangements. It was not a rush time. Customer service agent (Sunita if I remember) did a mention here. Food spread was vast but except juices, pastries and cakes, taste was average for price. Overall a satisfied visit.

Had a great time for the Christmas Eve buffet. The ambience was top notch. Loved the Beef Wellington and the turkey was cooked to perfection. The hospitality of staffs of the Malabar Cafe are commendable and heart-warming. However, I was absolutely dissatisfied by the desert section and definitely blew away that feeling of a perfect ending. Not okay at all... 😐

Para ser franco, esse tipo de experiência é algo que eu tentaria por curiosidade de explorar, não que seja acessível para mimComo o nome diz, o lugar definitivamente oferece uma cama de luxo. O lobby em si é tão grande e espaçoso que a sensação do próximo nível começa lá.Uma coisa a ser observada é a identificação do governo para todas as pessoas que ficam é obrigatória. Temos um desafio por causa de nós não ter de 5. Tivemos que lidar com isso com algum tempo de espera no saguão para conseguir os quartos alocados.Mas uma vez dentro do quarto é novamente tão espaçoso e a vista para o lago é tão agradável. Definitivamente, você pode sentar-se por horas olhando para o espaço aquático. Os sanitários / casas de banho também são muito amplos e tem uma janela de vidro com persianas para abrir e fechar para ter vista para o lago através do quarto. (Lembre-se de reservar os quartos do lado do lago)À noite pode-se ter uma bela vista do pôr do sol e uma pequena caminhada ao redor da propriedade. A noite pode ser passada no restaurante da cobertura com uma taça de vinho ou coquetel. Esqueci o nome do Menino que nos ajudou nos pedidos e nas sugestões. De manhã é um momento perfeito para um esplêndido café da manhã 5 estrelas e pode facilmente passar 3 horas explorando a variedade de itens e a vista do restaurante.Em uma casca de noz é um lugar onde você pode relaxar e passar o tempo no luxo com uma vista em Kochi.Obrigado a toda equipe.

A localização é otima. Bons quartos espaçosos. Muito boa vista da sala. Propriedade bem conservada. Muitas atividades para crianças. Boa piscina e área de recreação infantil. Propagação de café-da-manhã era muito bom, especialmente os brindes assados. O departamento de arrumação foi muito rápido quando pedimos ajuda. Equipe amigável. No geral, a experiência foi ótima.

Para ser franco, este tipo de experiencia es algo que probaría por curiosidad por explorar, no porque sea asequible para mí.Como su nombre lo dice, el lugar definitivamente ofrece la cama del lujo. El vestíbulo en sí es tan grande y espacioso que la sensación de estar en el siguiente nivel comienza allí.Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que la identificación del gobierno para todas las personas que se quedan es obligatoria. Tenemos un desafío porque no teníamos de 5. Tuvimos que manejarlo con algo de tiempo esperando en el lobby para que nos asignaran las habitaciones.Pero una vez dentro de la habitación, vuelve a ser tan espaciosa y la vista al lago es muy agradable. Definitivamente puede sentarse durante horas mirando el espacio del agua. Los baños / baños también son muy espaciosos y tienen una ventana de vidrio con cortinas para abrir y cerrar para tener una vista del lago a través de la habitación. (Recuerde reservar las habitaciones del lado del lago)Por la noche se puede tener una bonita vista del atardecer y un pequeño paseo por la propiedad. La noche se puede pasar en el restaurante de la azotea con una copa de vino o un cóctel. Olvidé el nombre del niño que nos ayudó con las órdenes y sugerencias. La mañana es un momento perfecto para un espléndido desayuno de 5 estrellas y puede pasar fácilmente 3 horas explorando la variedad de artículos y la vista desde el restaurante.En pocas palabras, es un lugar donde puede relajarse y pasar su tiempo en un regazo de lujo con vistas a Kochi.Gracias a todo el equipo.

The location is excellent. Good spacious rooms. Very good view from the room. Well kept property. Lots of activities for kids. Good pool and kids play area. Breakfast spread was very good especially the baked goodies. The housekeeping department was very quick when we asked for some help. Friendly staff. Overall the experience was great.

To be frank this kind of experience is something I would try because of curiosity to explore, not that it's affordable for meAs the name says the place definitely offers the bed of luxury.The lobby itself is so huge and spacious the feel of next level starts form there.One thing to be taken care is Govt ID for all people who stay is mandatory. WE have a challenge because of us was not having out of 5. We had to manage it with some time waiting in the lobby to get the rooms allocated.But once inside the room its again so spacious and the the view to the lake is so nice . You can definitely sit for hours looking the water space. Restrooms/ Bathrooms are also so spacious and it has a glass window with shades to openand close to have a view to the lake through the room. (Remember to book the lake side rooms)At evening one can have a nice sunset view and a small walk around the property. Night can be spend in the roof top restaurant with a glass of wine or cocktail. I forgot the name of the Boy who helped us through out orders and suggestions. Morning its a perfect time for splendid 5 star breakfast and can easily spend 3 hours exploring the variety of items and view from the restaurant.In a nut shell its a place where you can relax and spend your time in lap of luxury with a view in Kochi.Thanks to the whole team.

Estuve alojado tres días en el Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, uno de los hoteles más grandes y nuevos de Cochin, Kerala, que se inauguró en abril de 2018. Este resort prácticamente abarca la isla de Bolgatty. También tienen uno de los centros de convenciones más grandes en el sureste del continente asiático, con una capacidad de hasta 10 mil asistentes en el mismo evento. El complejo tiene como vecino al famoso Bolgatty Palace, un hermoso edificio de origen holandés que data de 1744. Este antiguo edificio es uno de los palacios más antiguos construidos fuera de los Países Bajos.
