“Minha estadia no Conrad Tulum foi a experiência de hotel mais agradável da minha vida. O serviço é realmente inigualável. Por favor, ouça os comentários. No momento em que você pisa na propriedade, você será mimado como nenhum outro. Eles fazem todos se sentirem como celebridades. A hospitalidade está no ponto. 7 estrelas para o serviço fenomenal. Todos os funcionários são devidamente treinados, profissionais e atenciosos. Larguei meu guardanapo no jantar e fui pegá-lo e dois garçons vieram correndo para substituí-lo para mim. Eles não permitem que você encha o copo, pegue uma toalha, carregue seus pessoais, nada. Eu amo, amo, amo a equipe. A única área que eu diria que está faltando neste novo estabelecimento é a comida. Eu sou um crítico extremamente duro quando se trata de comida e sinto que a comida está faltando um pouquinho. Eu lhes darei o benefício porque eles são incrivelmente novos. “Lindo resort. Não é o melhor para uma experiência de praia, mas as piscinas e a propriedade compensam isso! O atendimento foi maravilhoso, a comida estava ótima! As bebidas eram boas e você pode pedir praticamente tudo o que quiser com suas bebidas e vinho da casa. Nos sentimos bem atendidos por toda a equipe e recomendamos. Não é muito lotado e parece relaxante e calmo!”
