“Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. I’ll start with the good. The price is right for a decent hotel with an indoor pool. The pool and hot tub are open till 11:00, so you can take a dip even if you arrive late. Our room was one the main floor. It’s a nice bonus to not wait on an elevator. Breakfast was included, which is nice when you have children. The location is good. Just off the interstate and close enough to Richmond attractions. The noise transmission between rooms is near zero. Now the bad. Though the hotel isn’t very old, there are signs of wear. The carpeting and lamp shades are worn. I had to break ice out of the mini-fridge to close it. So, it melted the next two days and left a big wet spot on the floor. Our box spring on one of the beds was broken, so the bed sunk in the middle. My daughter didn’t complain and was able to sleep fine. I informed the manger. But there wasn’t a replacement or reduction in our stay. Therefore, if you are looking for a mediocre stay with indoor pool, this place will fill the need, but don’t expect luxury.”

“Arrived at 3pm got to room had to leave as we are here for football tournament. Got back to room went to pool there was a guy passed out at hot tub told front desk. Pool is freezing 🥶 😫 😩 kids swam for about 20 min said it was to cold went back to room heater didn't work fridge was frozen and wouldn't shut, shower rod was broke! Went to front desk she moved us to another room right away this room is much better the front desk lady was amazing very nice and thoughtful! Motel could use some updates and a pool heater but other than that good place and very nice staff so far”
