“Let me preface that my trip actually wasn't great. There was a hurricane that knocked out the power. The wedding I attended was... what it was. However, the one thing I can say is that the hotel staff was the shining part of the weekend. The front desk staff was spectacular -- particular mention to the woman named Jessica. Marriott, I don't know how much you read these reviews, but I say this as someone who had never met her before in my life and will likely never see her again: give her a raise. It's hard to maintain really good employees, and she went above and beyond. Do not take that for granted.”

“I’m usually good about writing down the names of people who help me, but honestly everyone I interacted with was wonderful. I stayed three nights at the hotel and hosted an event and the entire staff was great. Every request we made was handled promptly and politely, even when I asked for pliers at the front desk (an odd request but they handled it)! The staff checked on us in the event space the perfect amount, anytime we needed something someone was there to grab it, and when they stuck their heads in and we were busy they didn’t bother us. I would be happy to host an event at this hotel again!”
