Muy limpio y nuevo. El servicio es extraordinario. Los cuartos son muy amplios u se mantienen impecables. El restaurant para el brunch en el piso 18 tiene una vista espléndida.Me parece que el lobby podrían mejorarlo, pues hace muchísimo calor y es incómodo esperar allí.4/5.

Hotel foi perfeito em todos os sentidos possíveis. Coisas amigáveis, quartos limpos e grandes, boa comida e serviço rápido. O serviço de quarto funciona 24 horas, uma vez eu pedi um prato do menu de café da manhã e eles cozinharam apesar do fato de que eram 22 horas!Também pedi um teste COVID para a minha viagem e eles enviaram uma enfermeira ao meu quarto em uma hora! As pessoas que trabalham na recepção foram muito profissionais e prestativas. Continuem, pessoal, ótimo trabalho!

Hotel was perfect in every way possible. Friendly stuff, clean and big rooms, great food and fast service. Room service works 24 hours, I once asked for a dish from breakfast menu and they cooked it despite the fact that it was 10PM! Also I asked for a COVID test for my trip and they sent a nurse to my room in an hour! People who work at the reception were very professional and helpful. Just keep it going guys, great work!

Bom serviço. Incrível que não tem piscina. O melhor são as vistas sobre os arredores e a decoração do restaurante.

Eu fiquei aqui em duas ocasiões na semana passada e as duas experiências foram de primeira classe. Os quartos, as camas, o chuveiro e a banheira (você vai adorar o chuveiro e a banheira !!) são fantásticos. A equipe é muito gentil, pessoal e paciente. O cuidado deles com relação a precauções ambiciosas deve ser o modelo para todos os hotéis. O check-in foi tranquilo, o wi-fi é rápido e fácil de se conectar, as vistas são lindas (!!) Usamos um serviço de carro, então não posso falar com o estacionamento, mas sei que é subterrâneo, o que tem alguma segurança implícita. Definitivamente, vou recomendar este lugar e aguardo com expectativa a minha próxima visita.

Excellent service, clean and safe. There is nothing within walking distance, you have to go everywhere by car, that ay not be a problem, but is just something to consider.

I stayed here on two occasions last week and both experiences were first class. The rooms, the beds, the shower and tub (you'll love the shower and the tub!!) are fantastic. The staff are so kind, personable, and patient. Their care regarding covid related precautions should be the model for all hotels. Check-in was smooth, the wifi is fast and easy to connect with, the views are beautiful(!!) We used a car service so I cannot speak to the parking, but I know it's below ground which has some implied security. I will most definitely recommend this place and will look forward to my next visit.

Don’t recommend. I made the reservation through Snaptravel and pay on the app. When I did the check in they charge me again. When I called to let them know they had charge me twice they said they could see my Snaptravel reservation and would reimburse me. Then over a month later Crisma Becerra Guest Services Manager said they would not do a reimbursement even after I confirmed with Snaptravel and they told me they had already pay the hotel. I had stay several times at this place for the location only since the staff doesn’t even offer to help with your bags. Don’t let them trick you like me and check your cards statements they probably encourage to charge clientes extra. No Lo recomiendo me cobraron doble y de niegan a devolverme lo que me cobraron aún cuando ellos ya habían admitido su error. Seguramente es una mala práctica que les enseñan a sus empleados. Revisen sus estados de cuenta del banco si se quedaron aquí.

Un hotel realmente de categoría superior. Con instalaciones de primera y una atención esmerada. Ninguna tarifa es cara, cuando el servicio recibido es de primera, como en este hotel. Ampliamente recomendado, lo mismo para viajeros de negocios, que para viajes de placer . Además, está ubicado en el corazón comercial de Valle Oriente. Con centros comerciales y de negocios, a un paso de distancia.100 por ciento recomendable.

It was my first time in Monterrey and I loved this hotel! My flight was in early and they where able to get me in earlier! They where so great with us! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable!
