Estou atualmente no WOODSPRING HOTEL em Miramar, e devo dizer que em comparação com outros hotéis em que já estive, eles são de longe um dos melhores, tão tranquilo que você pensaria que não há ninguém aqui. A equipe aqui é tão acolhedora e ficaria feliz em ajudá-lo com qualquer coisa, desde que dentro de seus limites. embora eles tenham serviço de quarto, eles ainda permitem que eu limpe meu quarto e estou bem, especialmente agora com a pandemia, você não precisa se preocupar com ninguém , a limpeza é excelente. Eu amo isso aqui. Venha e divirta-se aqui também. R # 128😘💋💋💋

Muito lotado caro pela qualidade pisos de madeira para que você pudesse ouvir tudo o que está acontecendo acima de você, pisoteando e caminhando hotel relativamente novo, MAS havia trapos sujos no banheiro do nosso quarto limpeza faz um trabalho ruim de limpeza de quartos esses quartos não eram melhores que um motel 6, me deram vibrações de eficiência - tem fogão, microondas e prateleiras / armários o estacionamento estava sempre cheio não perto de locais ou lojas de alimentos Havia manchas nos lençóis do quarto dos meus pais Os quartos nem estavam limpos ou prontos para ir, check-in às 15:00 chegamos às 16:00 ainda tivemos que esperar 15-20 minutos para os quartos serem limpos e eu acho que eles foram limpos apressadamente Não há funcionários da recepção 24 horas ou qualquer funcionário depois das 22h as chaves mal funcionavam, continuavam funcionando e desligando meu irmão chegou em casa com os percevejos do quarto dele, MAS o hotel não fará nada a respeito porque ele não tirou fotos quando voltou para casa e percebeu que os percevejos estavam em sua bolsa, ele simplesmente jogou tudo fora. O quarto tinha um leve cheiro de talvez animais de estimação já estivessem lá antes

Very crowded overpriced for quality wooden floors so you could hear everything going on above you, stomping walking around fairly new hotel BUT there were dirty rags left in our room bathroom housekeeping does a poor job of cleaning rooms these rooms were no better than a motel 6, gave me efficiency vibes-has stove microwave and shelves/cabinets parking was always full not near any food places or stores There were stains on the sheets in my parents room Rooms were not even clean or ready to go, check in at 3pm we arrived 4pm still had to wait 15-20 mins for rooms to be cleaned and I think they were rushed cleaned No 24 front desk staff or any staff around after 10pm keys barely worked, kept working on and off my brother came home with BED BUGS from his room BUT hotel will not do anything about it because he did not take pictures once he go home and realized bed bugs were in his bag, he just threw everything out. Room had faint smell of maybe pets were in there prior

I am currently in the WOODSPRING HOTEL in Miramar, and I must say compared to other hotels that I have been in they are by far one of the best it so peaceful you would think that there’s no one here.the staff here is so welcoming and would be glad to help you with anything as long as it within their limits.even though they have room service, they still allow to clean my room and I’m fine with especially now with the pandemic you don’t have to worry for someone, the cleanliness is outstanding. I love it here. Come and enjoy your self here too. R#128😘💋💋💋

Durante a minha estadia a lavandaria não funcionou, perguntei ao pessoal da Manutenção quando o quarto reabriria, em vez de uma resposta clara recebi muitas reclamações sobre a gestão e outros assuntos internos do hotel. O pessoal foi simplesmente muito alto nas áreas do hall, você pode ouvir claramente tudo o que eles disseram. Horário de check-out às 11h, mas os funcionários batiam na porta às 10h para expulsar você para que começassem a limpar o quarto.

During my stay the laundry room was not working, I asked the Maintenance person when the room would re- open , instead of a clear answer I got too many complaints about management and other internal issues in the hotel. Staff was simply too loud in the hall areas you can clearly hear everything they said. Check out time at 11 am but the employees were knocking at the door at 10 am to kick you out for them to start cleaning the room.

A equipe é perfeita. com exceção do homem no segundo turno. O resto da equipe é fabuloso. Tonia é o Mons. Ela tem uma risada tão bem-vinda e convidativa. Desejei que o senhor que trabalha no dia 2 compartilhasse dessa emoção. É por isso que só posso dar a eles 4 estrelas. Agora pelas fotos que estão listadas você verá como este lugar é excepcional.

Eu gosto deste hotel. Um amigo de minas estava visitando e ficou aqui durante um fim de semana de festa. Quando toda a festa acabou, voltamos aqui para um pouco de descanso e relaxamento. O quarto era aconchegante ... acinzentado / lilás agradável acontecendo e o pessoal foi muito útil ... Eu deveria saber, eu costumava trabalhar com eles um tempo atrás. Ele perde uma estrela desde que eu não fiquei lá e soube de suas outras amenidades.

I like this hotel. A friend of mines was visiting and stayed here during a party weekend. When all the partying was said and done we came back here for a little R&R. The room was cozy...nice grayish/lilac color going on and the staff was very helpful...I should know, I used to work with them a while back. It loses a star since I didn't stay there and learn of it's other amenities.

The staff is perfect. with the exception of the man on second shift. The rest of the staff is fabulous. Tonia is the mgr. She has a laugh that is so welcome and inviting. I wished the gentleman that works on 2nd shared that excitement. That's why I can only give them 4 stars. Now the pictures that are listed u will see how exptional this place is.

Fiquei aqui por sete dias e devo dizer, a equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, eu gostaria de pedir nomes para dar crédito individual, mas todos foram ótimos! A localização é perto de tudo o que precisávamos, tanto quanto comida. Os quartos são confortáveis, perfeitos para estadias de longa duração.

Stayed here for seven days and I must say, The staff is very friendly and helpful, I wish I asked for names to give individual credit but everyone was great! The location is close to everything we needed as far as food. The rooms are comfortable,perfect for long term stays.
