No dejes a tu pareja si tiene la tarjeta de acceso, entonces el problema es que no te subes al ascensor, ni a su piso, la última vez que me quedé en este hotel, solo entregan una tarjeta por familia.

Viajei com minha filha de 5 anos, ela aprendeu a nadar durante a viagem porque treinávamos todas as noites na piscina. O hotel é de fácil acesso com bom estacionamento e uma equipe que tem a grande vontade de prestar o melhor serviço.

Hotel muito bom, mas diminui à medida que a internet é um pouco pobre e mal limpa durante o café da manhã. Nós chegamos 1 hora antes do café da manhã terminar e ele estava cheio de xícaras sujas em quase todas as mesas, várias tiveram que limpar as mesas para conseguir um lugar. Mas, por outro lado, o serviço é bom e gentil🙂

Viajé con mi hija de 5 años, ella aprendió a nadar durante el viaje porque entrenamos todas las noches en la alberca. El hotel es de fácil acceso con buen estacionamiento y cuenta con un personal que tiene la gran sensación de brindar el mejor servicio.

Muy buen hotel, pero se desploma ya que Internet es algo pobre y no se limpia bien durante el desayuno. Llegamos 1 hora antes de que terminara el desayuno y estaba lleno de tazas sucias en casi todas las mesas, varios tuvieron que limpiar las mesas para conseguir un asiento. Pero por lo demás, el servicio es agradable y gentil.

Gran alojamiento en Luleå. Tenemos una habitación de lujo en la parte recién construida en el séptimo piso. La gran cama de 200 cm de ancho con preciosas almohadas de hotel de primera clase hizo que el sueño fuera placentero. Me encantaría quedarme otra noche para aprovechar la piscina del hotel, pero es posible que se queden en otro momento.

Basic highway style Scandic with lots of free parking outside, easy to arrive and stop for a night with car, about 2,5 km from the city center. They are building more rooms with a new tall building so it is a mess around with the construction, should finish at summer 2021. Most rooms in the old part are small and with not much view. Somewhat limited breakfast. Large breakfast space with views over the lake. Often surprisingly high prices compared to other hotels in the city center.

They have forgot totaly what is customer service, you pay extra for getting a bigger room with bathrope but they forgot to give you slipers. The rooms are small and quite old.

First impressions: friendly staff, both at reception and in the bar. Clean, standard type rooms. The big downer was the lack of beer sorts in the bar, they'll have them in a week which was a bad surprise, and the things on the bar menu that actually wasn't possible to be ordered.Second day: Had dinner in the restaurant, went for the recommended three course set dinner. Out of three recommended wines, two they didn't have. So, why recommend something they are out of? Had two waiters, the male very professional but the female probably among the worst I've ever encountered.TL;DR stay away from the restaurant but enjoy the rooms.

Only had breakfast here a couple of times - it's good, standard Swedish style and will keep you going most of the day for sure. No espresso, however and the 'scrambled' eggs are not scrambled at all but the really boring prepared-in-the-oven-in-a-huge-batch variety. The Scandic hotels are generally okay, this one I'd think is nicer than most. Neat surroundings, even though there's heavy traffic very close.
