I had a great time here. The room was modern & fresh. The kitchen area was generous, clean & had everything a person would need to cook a great meal and serve guests. Glassware, china, silverware all in excellent condition. WONDERFUL large under the counter refrigerator. I want one for home. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. Extra towels? No problem. Extra pillows? Right away. Extra ice bucket? Delivered promptly. Your refrigerator making a slight noise? Here's a replacement already chilled and ready for your use, delivered in under 10 minutes. Beautifully eautifully decorated suite with all the finishing touches. The next time I go back to Miami I am staying here.

Located close to street with restaurants, not too far from the beach. Clean and good hotel. Daily charge include water and beach service. There a shuttle to the beach. Parking is cheaper near the city hall.(20$ for 24 hours)

Nice hotel with kitchenettes. Trader Joe's right across the street. Beautiful rooftop pool. And they have bikes to use to get to the beach and a shuttle survice to the beach as well.

We arrived for our stay here around 11 am with check-in much later in the day. They were so kind to let us store our luggage while we walked around for hours followed up with the best recommendations for lunch and dinner. IT GETS BETTER-due to the shortage of flights when we booked ours (Covid related maybe) our flight following our cruise was late in the afternoon. The airport wouldn’t let us check our luggage or store it for a fee. As a last resort we called this hotel explaining our situation and that we had stayed the night before our cruise & ask to pay to store our luggage for a few hours so we didn’t have to pull it down the streets. They were so kind to let us store it without a fee. A few hours later we were 2 of the people in the huge Southwest cancellation of flights and couldn’t get a flight home until the next afternoon. SO THANKFUL the wonderful manager that let us store our luggage found us a room. Our stays both nights were great, but we were so thankful for such wonderful people to help us make all 3 of these situations so much better. Can’t wait to stay here again. Also this hotel is very walkable to everything we wanted to do including the beach. And they will kindly drive you there and pick you up. A 10 OUT OF 10!!!

NEVER BOOK HERE! In my opinion I believe the staff has something very suspicious going on and I’m concerned for any women in to future to truly reconsider choosing this hotel for your stay! I never been to Miami to I decided to finally go! Well I truly regret it! A man walked into my room (WITH A KEY), I quickly confronted him asking him how do you have access to my room and he ran off! I immediately run to the front desk for help. I asked for them to run the cameras, check my key fog, find this man bec I was worried he mad access to other guests room! The hotel assured me they were going to figure this situation out. No one contacted me until 7pm that evening and tried to gaslight me and tell me that “no one had a key maybe I left my door latched” I would never do that, I’m a very small woman I never leave my room open anywhere and especially a place I’ve never been! This random man had access to my room and the hotel is trying to cover it up…they have yet to contact me regarding my stay. It was a terrible experience and I just want others to stay away!!! I feel so unheard, unsafe and unprotected! NEVER BOOK HERE!

Prices for the hotel were reasonable, beds were clean and comfortable. Hair in every one of the bath towels (time for hairnets) and the floor really needed a vacuum. Based on the shower’s apparent age, it is time for a remodel. Rough around the edges in some areas like repairs but still a good stay for the price and would recommend if you’ve been searching for someplace close to the beach without the crazy prices for the view. If you use Expedia etc, double check that they don’t double charge you for the resort fee again, saw this happen twice.

Stated here and it was good. Love the pool and but to much pork everything and im not a pork eater and they didn't have much turkey. They rush the food but its still a good place to stay. Close to a lot of places and things. Had a blast.

Natalie and Oscar were so accommodating during our entire stay, from new keys to holding our bags to their extraordinary patience - they were both so helpful and made our trip Miami that much more wonderful! Natalie helped us find cool places to go in Miami Beach while Oscar made sure that we were aware of any fun things going on around us! Thank you Natalie and Oscar, we will definitely be back!!!

The view is spectacular from the rooftop pool deck. The sunsets in the Bay make this place what it is you can watch the exotic sports cars drive over to the Venetian Causeway. Perfect it’s a short Uber ride to the famous Joe’s Stone crab. I love the neighborhood you have Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s is directly across the street. Then you’re just a few blocks from many fine dining restaurants. I’ve been here twice and I would go back again love it.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. A vista da piscina é magnífica. Hotel tem translado para a praia. Senti falta de um restaurante ou pelo menos um bar dentro do hotel.

Custo benefício excelente, instalações novas,porém o estacionamento é um facada, sugiro parar num Public Parking que tem nas proximidades.

Un Hotel Residencia que tiene un trato excelente en Inglés y Español . Cuenta con una piscina climatizada muy buena , tranquila y con privacidad . Posee habitaciones con cocina completa ( refrigerador, microondas, lava platos ) y unlaundry que los huéspedes pueden lavar su propia ropa. Desayuno incluido. Excelente para pasar vacaciones como si estuvieras en un apartamento o una casa.

Excelente atención del personal. La habitación limpia. Exquisito el desayuno. Nelson, el chico que nos traslado a la playa, presta un buen servicio y su trato es muy cordial.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos allí y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. El trato del personal de recepción y de limpieza es muy amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El desayuno variado y abundante. Altamente recomendable.
