“The room was very clean and well stocked. I love that there is a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a 2 burner stove top. There are pots, pans, and dishes so you don't have to worry about having any anything to heat up leftovers. The shower had good water pressure. The room has a sofa and desk and 2 bar stools in the kitchen area. There's plenty of seating. However, the bed was firmer than I would like. It wasn't bad or too uncomfortable, just not what I personally prefer. The complementary breakfast is really good. They offer eggs, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, make your own waffles, as well as juice, coffee and milk. The parking fee was about the same as other hotels in the area. Out of the 3 hotels I've stayed in downtown Knoxville for the past few years I would recommend this one because of the amenities. We had a great stay.”
