“My husband and I needed a place to stay after a 12+ hour drive so walked in to find a room. Lucia at the front desk was amazing, super accommodating and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after our long day. Her managers, however, were a lot more challenging to deal with, which made Lucia's help even more appreciated.
Overall, our stay was nice and clean, but highly recommend dealing with Lucia if you have any questions or need any type of customer service.”
