Located in the paradisiac Tróia Peninsula Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort & Residences features villas and holiday homes that are surrounded by Nature and have access to both indoor and outdoor pools. The property is a 5-minute walk from the beach. Set on a tranquil environment each air-conditioned unit includes a spacious living room with large sofas and dining areas. Accommodation have between 2 and 4 bedrooms and modern bathrooms plus access to a terrace with sun loungers. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals since each accommodation comes with its own fully equipped kitchenette. In addition guess can visit the restaurants serving fish and seafood delicacies within 2 km by the Marina. The Tróia Peninsula is easily accessible via ferry boat from Setúbal or via mainland coming from Alcácer do Sal 40 km away. Across the Sado Estuary Natural Reserve guests can view the Arrábida Natural Park. Lisbon International Airport is 50 km away via ferry boat.

Awesome place. The houses are inserted in the middle of the nature. At night is amazing the sound of the waves and the stars above. During the day, you have plenty of space for swimming in the pool, beach bathing, cycling, tennis courts and much more. Stayed for two days, but I think I could live my live in there... But before that I better work enough to pay for it :)

What a nice place to stay. Very quiet, well I visited it in May. The hoyse with a pool was so great. Really enjoyed. Not far there are good restaurants.

Great outdoors!
Modern modular architecture ecologically implanted. The terrain is mainly kept as it was. Wooden and cyclic paths around the woods and to the beach. The distance between houses could be bigger though.
