This holiday hotel complex, housed in a 9-storey main building and an 8-storey annexed block, was built in 1974 and has been completely renovated. This beach hotel is situated in the tourist centre, around 1.5 km from the local sandy beach, Playa del Inglés. Within walking distance, guests will find a great shopping centre with entertainment opportunities. The nearest public transport stop is in the near vicinity. There is also a big range of bars, pubs and restaurants in the near surroundings. The gastronomic offer includes an excellent variety of Canary typical recipes and an international kitchen according to its expectations. This is a great place to spend a few days with the family as it counts with two children's pools and an entertainment programme for adults and children. Adittional information: Half board does not include drink.

Muy buen trato por parte de todo el personal, en especial Juan Ramón con el que no nos ha faltado de nada. Las instalaciones son muy completas y tienen muchas actividades, tanto deportivas como de ocio. También hay que destacar el trato recibido por parte de Ángel, que nos ha facilitado la estancia en todo momento. En resumen, nos ha encantado y esperamos repetir pronto.

Wow, this place was amazing. Wish I was still there now. Cleanliness was A* sanitising stations were everywhere and mask wearing was compulsory whilst moving around the hotel. All this being said, the vibe was relaxed so you still felt as if you were having a really good holiday. The staff work incredibly hard and were super friendly. The hotel wasn't very full as you can imagine, nor was it a ghost town. The animation team did everything to ensure that both the daytime and evening entertainment was enjoyable. I've never done so much aqua aerobics or played as much tennis! The gym is small, clean and fit for purpose. (you need to pre book your slot) 2 pools. The one closer to the bar is heated (sort of) the upstairs pool was freezing. I'd recommend lounging around the upstairs pool as it gets better sun as it's not as shaded. There was a good selection of food, to suit most peoples requirements. It was sometimes a little cold, but the commercial microwave soon sorted that out. It was approx 15mins walk to the beach and close to bars and restaurants should you wish to venture out. The Yumbo centre was approx 10mins walk which was nice on an evening too. Definitely recommend.

El hotel muy bien, pero sobre todo a destacar el personal. Sin duda volvería aunque fuera solo por ellos. Recepción, limpieza, animación, bar de piscina,en el buffet la comida maravillosa y todo el personal que trabaja allí increíble, camareros, cocineros, encargados...De verdad que gracias por hacernos la estancia tan maravillosa

La estancia fue muy buena. Apartamentos muy limpios aunque algo viejos. Falta un poquito de mantenimiento. La comida y la bebida muy bien a pesar de ser todo incluido. El personal 100%. Pasamos un fin de semana muy bueno. Lo recomiendo

Hotel totalmente recomendable al que volvería sin dudas. Personal muy amable. Todo tipo de servicios disponibles. Apto para todo tipo de viajes. Habitaciones amplias, modernas y cómodas. Comida y bebida muy variada y de calidad. Apto para todo tipo de viajes (pareja, familia, amigos, negocios, ...). Todo el establecimiento está muy cuidado y limpio. Medidas de higiene totalmente adaptadas a la situación actual

Hemos estado alojadas 1 semana. El personal siempre muy atento y con una sonrisa. En especial todos los del comedor.Tanto la comida como los snacks de la piscina estaban bien y había variedad. Piscinas bien, bastante tranquila una y con música la otra, así todos contentos. Habitación bastante bien aunque con algún punto a mejorar como por ejemplo la cama, pero esto va a gustos.Evidentemente es un hotel que pasan muchas personas al cabo del año pero podía estar peor. Con el tema del covid la zona azul de aparcamiento es gratuita. Y por las tardes había bastante sitio para dejar el coche. El hotel tiene un parking pequeño por un suplemento de 6 e/dia. No está en primera línea de playa, pero creo que tiene un transfer gratuito. En general bastante bien relación calidad precio. Volveríamos a este hotel.

The Occidental Margaritas is a lovely hotel. It is kept immaculately clean. This is my second visit here . The Reception staff are always polite and very helpful.......but so are the staff in other parts of the hotel The dining room offers a great variety of foods......with some the most healthy options ...... A good large swimming pool too as well as a childrens pool

Excelente Hotel para todas as ocasiões. Funcionários exemplares, simpáticos e muito prestáveis. Pessoal do restaurante nem há palavras (PROFISSIONAIS) muita opção de comida e deliciosa para todos os gostos . Ainda cá estou e já quero voltar.

Clean and good location, food was better than i expected. only half board so disappointed that soft drinks were not even included for this.The staff were amazing, nothing was ever any trouble, accommodating, approachable and polite. We particularly liked that there was water, fruit and towels fresh everyday.Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We go here each year and everytime it's wonderful and we have an amazing time. The service is amazing and the people are always really nice and sweet. They are able to speak different languages and they have all kinds of fun stuff to do. If there is something missing or wrong you can just simply ask the reception and they will help you as best as they can. They have special stuff like a bus that you goes to the beach and you can take for free, even now with Christmas or any other they are probably the best choice.

I've stayed at this hotel over the past few years. I've just completed my fourth stay (December 2018). It's not changed much over the years. The rooms have been upgraded; carpets have been replaced with timber laminates and the bathrooms now have large shower enclosures. This is a typical Spanish resport hotel offering various boards. I've always stayed "all inclusive". The general facilities of the hotel are good, the staff are very friendly and professional. The only drawback is the restaurant. This appears to be too small for the size of the hotel. The food is served on a buffet basis Unfortunately the food containers are too small and regularly many are empty and the staff seam unable to keep them replenished. In the rooms there is a lack of UK television channels, with only sky news being available.
