“I booked in Airbnb, the owners didn’t reply to my request so I called the hotel. At reception they told me there was enough space and that I should not worry and they would even adjust the rate as is was cheaper in Airbnb.
I bought the tickets to Böblingen and when I was about to board, my reservation was rejected and said that it was fully booked. I look in Airbnb and the dates were locked!!
I called the hotel again and they tell me that I need to book directly with them and they would not adjust my rate!!
After checking on their website and booking.com I realized that actually the dates are open, but at a higher prize.
The price for 8 nights:
Airbnb was €612
Booking and their website €825
And they do have availability.”
