Muito legal, atendeu todas expectativas. Localização muito boa para conhecer os melhores pontos turísticos da cidade, apesar denão ter praia com areia, o visual do hotel compensa tudo.

Estava hospedado no golden parnassus, me convidaram a conhecer o local KORE. Pagamos para ter all inclusive, só tem 1 restaurante com horários depois das 22:00 encerra. Fiquei 2 dias, o cenário é lindo mas tive problemas com um garçom que foi ignorante somente 1. Me arrependo de ter saído do golden pois lá poderia pegar ônibus pra qualquer local. No KORE fica confinado!!

Amei ficar no Kore. Atendimento excelente em tudo. Quarto maravilhoso. Culinária extraordinária (alguns dias tinhacardápios temáticos).Ótimas apresentações.Sensação de paz. Funcionários atenciosos e solicitos. Limpeza impecável.Ambiente seguro. Nao tenho o que reclamar. Ganhei um sensacional abraço fraterno do gerente, quando sai de lá . Foi um sonho. Espero algum dia retornar.

A estrutura do hotel é perfeita, muito top! Mas tem alguns pontos negativos…1° Foi roubado o óculos da minha esposa no banheiro do restaurante e não deram muita atenção. 2° internet é cobrado 18 dólares a diária… 3° Na lavanderia cobraram valores extras do que foi lavado.Mas não tenho como negar que o atendimento na grande maioria foi bom, a comida muito boa e a estrutura perfeita, totalmente de acordo com o sugerido em imagens.

En su página y en Google tienen el anuncio de que “ aceptan mascotas” llamé para preguntar el costo adicional por mascota y me dicen que no aceptan mascotas les dije que mi perro era de servicio y me dijeron que ningún tipo de mascota está permitida. Es publicidad engañosa

Estuve 5 días y todo estuvo perfecto, no tuve ningún tipo de problema. Todas las personas del staff son súper amables pero quienes se llevan la medalla son Mónica y Ulises con las dinámicas en la alberca, Carina con sus crepas excelentes y Luis en el servicio de la barra en alberca, sin duda regresaría solo por ellos!!

4 just cause nothing is perfect, but after I had booked this I read reviews and was nervous about other reviewers saying the food sucked and the drinks sucked, etc... And was nervous about my purchase but this place was so relaxing, the staff was always kind and eager to get you what you wanted.The food was much better than reviews would lead you to believe, and the rooms were very nice. Overall it is a great laid back atmosphere, and with the included bike rentals you can get to the beaches or town very easily if need be, however I found myself just wanting to lounge around and forget about my troubles.

If you are used to 5 star luxury this is not the resort for you. This resort is advertised as 5 star but I would give it a strong 3 at best. The rooms lacked the finishes and touches a of 5 start hotel. We had an out door jacuzzi that we wanted to use but couldn’t because it took more than an hour to fill half way up. The water pressure in the jacuzzi and shower was not strong. Additionally after every room cleaning we were left with out wash cloths and always had to call down for more. The shower and tub were also very dated. The hotel it’s self needs a face lift in many areas. The one restaurant was okay - again not truly a 5 star experience. The staff was great- Luis was an amazing bar tender and the activities instructor was awesome. We found ourselves leaving the resort daily for food and activities.

Spent one week here and my review is based on only one visit on Tulum, so can’t compare other places there Pros -Polite staff, especially Carina who made lovely crepes with smile every night - Dinner food “themes” - Nice scenes - Good pool and pool bar - Food and drinks available when ever you need (all inclusive) - Safe and quiet Cons - Room was really stale and stinky, so I guess my clothes will need a thorough wash to get rid of smell - Gym was… Well it’s not a gym exactly and also stinky - Food tastiness 3,5/5, but they really try and succeed with stakes and Mexican 👍 - I guess no Wi-Fi for everyone… I did have and would not managed without - Beach in Tulum is backed of seaweed, so not nice at all

The music is outdated and not relaxing. Small *portions of food, so we needed to order so much food to compensate and the staff seemed always irritated by my request. The crepe lady was nice, but bartenders are very rude, go and see for yourself. For the price there should be free wifi in the rooms but there wasn’t except in the lobby. *No direct access to the beach!!!! The nearest is 16min walk.You can get what you want but you have to keep asking and it feels like you are making an imposition. For the price of this place, and its label as “all-inclusive” it should feel more relaxing, and a retreat.They have bathtubs in the room which is a pro.You just don’t feel very welcome here.

TRAVELER BEWARE:this hotel does not answer their phones and will take your money. I booked my stay here months ago and had to cancel a month before staying here. Before I canceled they were hardly helpful. They don’t offer to help with transport to and from the airport like most hotels in the area.Nonetheless I’ve been trying to cancel my stay here for a month with no response other than to contact my booking provider (Expedia) who also could not get anyone to respond to them via phone, email, etc.They’ve stolen my money and refuse to issue it back to me. This place is a scam and customer service is beyond terrible. Luckily CC company is handling but felt I’d share this with prospective travelers who are curious about staying here. No way they’re 5 stars.A motel would have better service than this place.Unfortunately heard the rumors about this and found out they’re true the hard way.Really disappointed as I was excited to come here but after this, never again.

I was on my spring break trip with my partner and this place is by far amazing all of the amenities,staff,food are great. We stayed for 4 days and the staff was so accommodating when it came to finding things to do. They recommended bars in the area and tours to go on. One thing that I appreciated was the efficiency of taxis provided by the resort. If we wanted to go out any time of night they were able to contact a taxi to come pick us. Overall the experience was great the staff members were incredibly hospitable from the chefs,bartenders,front office staff, and room service. Thank you guys for making us feel welcome!!!!

Our stay at Kore Tulum was out of this world! We loved every second of this beautiful place! The service was beyond and staff is super friendly—-> giving us tips and tricks around the town of tulum! Made great friends and memories! Foam party was spectacular and so much more! The food is very good and always great selection! Crepe lady (best thing ever) she does an amazing job!! Had crepes almost every night,,, will 100% come back!

Excelente relação custo benefício. Espaçoso, confortável, boa localização. Não é luxuoso quanto outros da região, mas atende perfeitamente às expectativas, principalmente para quem não curte os hotéis alternativos de tulum, onde não há eletricidade constante ou água doce.

The rooms were awesome, the resort was very well maintained, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the food was delicious and of course the drinks were never ending! We had such a great time and met some incredible people. I would highly recommend Kore to anyone looking to get away and relax. It's not a party resort, so if that what you're looking for this might not be for you. Getting to take the bicycles out and ride around was great! Thank you all at Kore Tulum for making my wife and my vacation so great! See you all again soon!

We had a comfortable stay when we came in December. The AC worked well and the room was clean upon arrival. A few things were bothersome during our stay. One was the jacuzzi not being cleaned prior. There were times when the food took so long to arrive to our room, we had to call them again an hour later because they had forgotten our order. The next was the spa. We made a reservation the day before and we were told to arrive 20-30 minutes early so we had time to change and relax in the hot tub before our massages. We got there 15 minutes early and they said to go change and get in the jacuzzi/sauna because the people before us were still in their session. 45 minutes later and we still weren’t called to our session and when we asked they said that the people before us were STILL in their session. We picked up and left. We planned our whole day around this booking and it wasn’t even worth it; completely unprofessional. While waiting we also overheard other guests who scheduled a session and the front desk receptionist never wrote their names down when they said they had signed up for one only an hour prior. I think they don’t handle or work with the guests well at all. Besides this downside, we did have a comfortable stay, the people were nice and helpful.

We just stayed at KORE for 2 weeks. It was perfect. Nice food and drinks. Room service till 1am. All the staff was super kind and nice. Everything clean. Don’t understand the bad reviews! Super nice hotel and we will come back for sure. Thank you for the best service 😘

Dicen ser un súper hotel todo incluido pero para tener wifi en la habitación hay que pagar un cargo de $18, cuando uno reserva no avisan qué hay que dar un secure deposit de $1000, los bares cierran súper temprano, el que cierra más tarde es a la 1am y eso que es un hotel para adultos, los snacks cierran temprano, la verdad me siento súper disgustado con el servicio y jamás recomendaría este hotel.

EXCELENTE el servicio y el personal. La comida podría ser mejor, le falta sazón. Lo que si tiene mucho por mejorar es detalles como el internet (muy lento y poca cobertura), las bicicletas en muy mal estado, el gimnasio y otros detalles.

Habitación excelente, empleados poco capacitados, tienes que estar pidiendo las.cosas que deberían hacer como llenar el refrigerador de la habitación, no tiene playa, con.ida de calidad regular a baja, bebidas igual, el que nos hizo el check out nos dijo con todo desparpajo " pongan lo que se les antoje en las redes sociales" pues bueno. 5 pesos la noche por un servicio corrientito

Primero les iba a dar 3 pero por donde empezar....3 porque el lugar es lindo y las habitaciones son bonitas. Pero menu es super limitado.... y no tienen muchos items del menu....pedi room service y 4 items del menu lo tenian 😪 uno era ensalada caprese🤦‍♀️ serio? Tomate y queso? El día De la noche oriental del menu los 2 unicos item que yo podia comer por mi dieta tampoco los tenian hasta este punto les daba 3 estrellas pero lo que los bajo a 1 Estrella fue que en las horas de la tarde uno trata de dormir y los empleados que limpian hacen mucho ruido cuando me quedo dormida llega alguien tomando la puerta super duro gritando room service cuando no lo he pedido.....Le information esto y me dice que es la información de mi checkout.... en serio??? Por qué no lo dejaron cuando limpiaron la habitation esto ya fue el limite... lo revomendaria? Nooo Volveria?? NUNCA
