“Service was exemplary from the moment you drop your car with the valet (which is free of charge). Someone will smile and hold the door open and the front desk clerk will greet you and see to whatever you need. The rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. Views of the mountains and museum were a treat. The bar in the lobby, the restaurant and bar on the rooftop and the rooftop pool are fantastic. Craft cocktails, delicious food and relaxation await you. Dogs are permitted, but the hotel was clean and always quiet. The location cannot be beat. A few steps from Starbucks, restaurants and bars, art installations, the art museum and shopping along Palm Canyon drive. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay again.”

“Great hotel, with a wonderful design. Beautiful interiors and well designed pool area.
The room was nice as well with a peaceful view of the mountains. The barn door for the bathroom wasn't a great choice in terms of ease of use or privacy, but the bathroom finishes were great and I loved the scents of the toiletries.
Food service for juniper table could be better in terms of being counter service but with relatively high price points ($20 for eggs Florentine with no potatoes). The mushroom appetizer and wanderlust cocktail at four saints were wonderful.
Having a Starbucks reserve next door was very handy, service at that location was also very warm. (Maybe it's a Palm springs thing?)
The employees really are the highlight of hotel. We had excellent service from almost everyone, our check-in experience was warm, Kevin at concierge desk provided great recommendations (stargazing at porcupine wash in Joshua tree, tram/hike/lunch), Cassie and bartenders at the pool were very warm and also hardworking. The Latina bartender at four saints was also very thoughtful and customized a cocktail to my preferences (sorry I didn't catch her name).
We had a slight hiccup with another guests $200 bar charge on our room at checkout but it got resolved.
We had a wonderful stay - a relaxing and replenishing change of scenery from San Francisco, and would encourage you to visit as well! We look forward to visiting again :)”
