Como ponto prévio, embora este resort se anuncie como 5 estrelas, em Portugal teria no máximo 4 estrelas. Fiquei neste resort no início do mês de junho, ficando eu a minha mulher e filha de 3 anos. A ideia era ter descanso e que a minha filha estivesse bem e verdade é que para famílias com crianças pequenas o hotel é fantástico. As piscinas são enormes e tranquilas, água quente e actividades engraçadas para os mais novos. Mas existem uma série de pecados que em qualquer hotel da Europa seriam pouco tolerados. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e prestaveis mas não têm a mínima formação, o que leva a situações como estar a jantar ainda com comida no prato e este ser me retirado da frente... Entre outras pequenas coisas como o aspecto dascasas de banho públicas e alguns pormenores nos quartos. Wi-Fi funciona razoavelmente. Achei a comida razoável embora pouco variada, sendo a fruta e as saladas o melhor dos buffets. Os espetáculos noturnos são bons, com dançarinos de qualidade mas sempre parecidos. Os quartos são bons mas já a acusar o peso da idade, uma retocadela e ficavam impecáveis. Convém referir que as redondezas têm pouco ou nada para ver. Resumindo, óptimo para ir com miúdos e para quem gosta de não sair do hotel. Pelo preço penso que valeu a pena.

Local bastante agradável para umas férias em família... Tranquilo, com boa animação e limpo. Empregados muito simpáticos e prestáveis... A comida podia ter mais variedade, principalmente para os miúdos.

Mais um Hotel que considero que existe exageros nos comentários negativos. O Hotel é bom as pessoas por vezes esquecem-se em que país estão. Staff espetacular e animação 5*. Os buffets bastante razoáveis e os quartos excelentes. Praia mesmo em frente e a marina dá para ir a pé dar uma caminhada e visitar. Nada de mal a apontar, visitem.

Resort 5 estrelas, praia limpa água do mar quente. O resort tem uma excelente equipa de animadores, muito bons dançarinos, show 5 estrelas, jovens dinâmicos super divertidos. Adorei. Comida muito boa - diversificada. Tivemos muito boa receção. Estão todos de Parabéns um abraço para todos e muito sucesso.

As críticas que tinha lido sobre o hotel não era as melhores mas cada um tem a sua opinião e é livre de a expressar, superou as minhas expectativas em todos os sentidos Hotel muito bonito bem decorado, jardins com plantas lindas muito bem cuidadas, assim como toda a área que envolve o hotel. Quartos grandes e espaçosos com decoração típica de Marrocos.

Exelente para passar 8 dias com a família ... Staff de animação MUITO BOM .... cordonadora Sara sempre disponível para resolver alguma coisa.. que se passa-se connosco.... chefe de cozinha Mamadou Diarra... com os melhores pratos da comida tradicional.... o Hotel necessita de remodelações nos quartos ... para ganhar mercado .Para se repetir ... gostei bastante . Aconselho!

Férias maravilhosas num local paradisíaco, com profissionais que nos fazem sentir muito bem. Max, Artur, Thaina, Mariana, Luana e Camilla fazem uma excelente equipa de dança com um muito bom espectáculo noturno. A restante equipa de animação Tarikey, Chiibi, Ronaldo, Saad, Blimo, Happy Man, Aziz, 2PAC, Walid, Chicken Legs, DJ Keeo, Mahdi, Merry, Jimmy, Salwa, são sempre muito presentes e têm sempre uma palavra de amizade, além de organizarem atividades para nos entreter durante o dia, adultos e crianças. Não esquecendo a Sara que deu uma grande ajuda e é bastante importante para o público português. TODOS, desde a receção, aos seguranças, da limpeza, dos bares, dos restaurantes, etc etc etc são muito atenciosos e disponíveis. Enfim, retirando algumas lacunas, na minha opinião, este hotel tem condições para receber com excelentes condições, famílias que queiram passar um bom período nas piscinas e no mar com o calor africano como pano de fundo. Pongo primero lo malo y luego el resto: como es comentado la limpieza y el mantenimiento están lejos de los estándares habituales.Pero las instalaciones están muy bien, la comida es una gozada y la playa lo mejor que he visto.Con un poco más de cuidado en la limpieza puede llegar a ser un referente.

Llevo viniendo muchos años seguidos, cada año se nota la falta de mantenimiento, vas viendo como hay cosas que ves año tras año y no van cambiando, cosas en general, las habitaciones también con muchos desperfectos, cuando hay mucha gente el personal se ve desbordado, mucha lentitud, colas interminables en todo, al final acabas con un plato de ensalada o de macarrones por no esperar las colas. Así que cada año me voy un poco más descontento en líneas generales y el precio sigue subiendo. Es mi opinión.

La playa es preciosa. Pero el hotel deja mucho que desear, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas (les hace falta un arreglo inmediato y limpieza a fondo). El personal amable pero muy poco profesional (estábamos alojadas en el bloque 3, segundo piso y nadie nos indicó la habitación ni nos ayudaron con las maletas), para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, de una cadena española, es de lo peor que vi. Es una pena, porque como reseñe la playa es impresionante y la gente del pueblo encantadora

***THIS IS THE WRONG LOCATION OF THE HOTEL***First impressions make a big difference, and the first impression of this place was extremely disappointing. When booking the hotel on booking.com, the location is shown as being in the centre of the town (Saidia) and therefore close to restaurants, cafes, shops etc, so we chose to have breakfast only at the hotel. When we arrived, we decided to use Google maps, and this took us to a different location on the outskirts of the town. After walking for 25 minutes, we had to ask in a restaurant where the hotel was, and they told us it was very far away - another 4km.We managed to get a taxi to the correct location (which is actually the 3rd location that is listed for the hotel, ridiculous). When we explained the problem to the reception staff, they were uninterested and simply told us it would be better to pay for full board because there are no restaurants around (which we knew anyway, and had only been deceived by the 2 incorrect locations). Staff were pushy and unsympathetic, but also unwilling to suggest solutions or listen and unwilling to find a more senior member of staff who could provide some clarity on our problem.An hour and a half of waiting later, we finally spoke to a manager and we decided we would cut our trip short and only stay 1 night, as it would be too out of our budget to go full board, and our experience had already been tainted anyway.When we finally got to our room, the key card was not working and we couldn't get inside. We had to trek back to the front desk with our luggage and get them to fix the problem. Not what you want after nearly 2 hours waiting.First impressions - terrible. Please note, the only helpful staff member is the manager, and she did reimburse us for the full board charge. As far as the rest of our stay was concerned, we would definitely not recommend this place for people of non-European backgrounds or people with non-white skin. You will be stared at and made to feel uncomfortable by other guests. Loud music plays throughout the day and long into the night; it's finally turned off at 1am. The food is average at best, and much of stations at the buffet cross contaminate the food. For example, bacon in fried eggs, meat on vegetarian pizza etc etc.We had high expectations for this place considering it's a 5 star hotel, but service is the most important thing, especially your first experience of the service when you have arrived with a problem (the incorrect location). All we really wanted was someone to listen, and take responsibility for the multiple incorrect locations on booking.com and Google maps, but staff insisted repeatedly that it was all booking.com's fault. Both parties should immediately correct this misinformation and take their share of the responsibility.

Perfect spot to spend Summer holidays, access to the private pools and the beach at the same time, at night a wonderful and diversified activities & shows for adults as well as for kids. With regards to the buffet I found it good with many different tastes and a large choice !

Me and my family had a super amazing stay at the hotel! I especially want to give a big big big shout-out to Chicken Legs!!! He is the best entertainer and really made sure everyone has a great time. We will definitely go visit again because of him!!

The check-in was a mess. We got there at 3:15pm The rooms weren’t ready and the staff suggested we upgrade to all inclusive and go have lunch, we did, The food was horrible not even close to be rated a 1 star restaurant the juices are made from the leftover fruits from the day before the guy making the juices is picking the fruits with bare hands so we decided to walk out and change our package back. The front desk refused to do that we had to speak to a manger to get it done ( Brahim front desk manager helped us with that). the check-in counter staff need some serious training on customer service it seems like all they care about is push you to upgrade your package. The property was nice and well kept. The staff in the pool area and the bars were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.

Fuimos a este hotel un verano por vacaciones. La habitación estaba bien. Pero el servicio era pésimo. El trato hacia las mujeres era pésimo (hablo por mí y mi hermana), nos atendían con mala gana y después de insistir. El chico que recogía las tumbonas en la piscina tenía muy malos modos. Las bebidas que servían no eran de calidad. La comida no estaba mal. Los niños si lo pasaron muy bien porque organizaban actividades para ellos. La playa estaba limpia, pero justo al pasar los límites del hotel eran un autentico estercolero. No se podía salir del hotel, el pueblo daba asco visitarlo.

La limpieza bastante mala y las habitaciones están lejos de un 5 estrellas, la ducha daba una imagen horrorosa y el mando de la tele no funcionaba, la cama me pareció incómoda, la habitación era grande. La comida me pareció genial, tienen un chef español, y los restaurantes temáticos me encantaron, la única pega es que algunos platos no tenían su nombre y ninguno del resto lo ponía en español. La bebida me parece muy mejorable, sobre todo en los snack de la piscina. Los empleados son poco colaborativos si hablas español, no ponen de su parte. Tienen bastante animación. Es un hotel muy familiar, todas las piscinas estaban repletas de niños.

Dated hotel but nonetheless a good stay. The hotel is dated and, for a 5 star, needs a good refurb. We had a superior room with sea side view. The location of our room was fine as we were away...
